     HOTEL EXPERIENCE AT THE MARRIOTT
     
     I was very impressed by the overall service I received at the Marriott
     Hotel during my business trip to Kuwait.
     Staff was kind, enchanting, obliging, welcoming let alone proactive in
     whatever they did and will go the extra mile to respond to the needs that
     one require.
     I cannot laud their efforts enough and is a beacon of what constitutes
     excellent customer service.
     The Hotel amenities are excellent and conducive to everyone's needs.
     I would strongly recommend this Hotel to anyone aspiring to experience a
     great hospitality experience when either on a business trip or for leisure.

     WONDERFUL STAY AT THE JW MARIOTT
     
     A wonderful stay, fantastic gym and fantastic staff. Very welcoming staff
     at check in, gym staff lovely and gym very well maintained.
     
     Very smokey on the 3rd floor though.
     
     Breakfast and dinner buffet were amazing!!!!

     This was about the third time this year so far that I have stayed in the JW
     Marriott Kuwait and the service from the minute I arrived has always been
     on point. The staff are fabulous and each of them a credit to the hotel
