of its customers, visitors, and other users of imotors.com. We created this

and to provide you with relevant recommendations of other One Planet services
and products. These recommendations may use inferences about your interests
based on your activity on our websites and apps and on other websites and apps
operated by other One Planet Companies.

companies who provide products or services requested by you or who may want to
send you information about their products or services, unless you have
specifically requested that we not share personal information with such
companies. And while many of our partners and companies we share your personal
information with have agreed to uphold the same standards of security and

parties use and protection of your personal information or their willingness to

   recommendations and advertising to you, we may provide your personal

access and use much of the website; however, you will not be able to access and
use those portions of the website that require your personal information. If you
do not wish to receive information and promotional material from us or from some
of our partners, you may select the appropriate “opt-out” option each time we

iMotors.com may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the
privacy practices or the content of such websites. We may also make chat rooms,
forums, message boards, and news groups available to you. Please understand that
any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information. We
have no control over its use and you should exercise caution when deciding to
disclose your personal information.

Buyerlink Inc. recognizes the privacy interests of children and we encourage
parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online
activities and interests. This website and its services are not intended for
children under the age of 13. Buyerlink Inc. does not target its services or
this website to children under 13. Buyerlink Inc. does not knowingly collect
personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

FOR RESIDENTS OF CALIFORNIA: Buyerlink Inc. would like to make sure you are
fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Buyerlink Inc.,

following rights with respect to the personal information collected from and

 * The right to withdraw, at any time, any consent to the processing of such

any time. The Service generally provides you with a reasonable means to view and
change your profile information and you can opt-out of marketing communications
at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” or “opt-out” link in the marketing
emails we send you or in your account settings. However, if you have any
questions or concerns about the processing of your personal information, you may
contact us as outlined in the "Contact Us" section below. If you make a request,
we will try our best to respond to you within one month. To exercise these
rights, please contact legal@buyerlink.com or fill out this form.

 

For security reasons, we can only respond to requests who can provide proof of
their identity. To provide this proof, you must be able to verify your identity
via an email address. We will respond to proper and confirmed requests relating
to personal data within 30 days, or as otherwise required by applicable law. You
may only make a personal information request twice in a 12-month period.

 


10. CALIFORNIA’S “SHINE THE LIGHT” LAW

Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide
personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family, or
household use are entitled to request and obtain from us, once each calendar
year, information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other
businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information
would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses
of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the
immediately preceding calendar year.

 

Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the “Shine the
Light” requirements and only required information will be included in our
response.





11. NEVADA PRIVACY RIGHTS

FOR RESIDENTS OF NEVADA: In accordance with SB 220, Nevada consumers may opt-out
of the sale of their personal information to third parties. If you reside in
Nevada and you have provided us with your personal information, you may choose
to opt-out of the sale of such personal information by filling out this form or
by emailing us at legal@buyerlink.com with “Nevada Privacy Right” in the subject
line. We may request for additional information from you in order to verify your
identity and/or the authenticity of your request.

 


12. GOOGLE ANALYTICS ADVERTISING

We have enabled the use of certain Google Analytics Advertising Features,
including, but not limited to, Google Analytics Demographics and Interest
Reporting, on the site. This enables us to collect data via Google advertising
cookies and anonymous identifiers. We use the data to optimize our site and for
marketing purposes. You may opt-out of the Google Analytics Advertising Features
by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative Consumer Opt Out page found here.





13. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

We may use third-party services to record lead consent and automatically encrypt
Consumer information whenever a Consumer visits, enters information into,
browses or otherwise interacts with our website. These services may include, but
are not limited to services such as Jornaya and ActiveProspect. These services
will capture certain information and automatically create a unique lead
identifier associated with each unique online or application event as well as
provide us with factual information about the environment that the consumer
experienced. These services may use various technologies to do this, including
JavaScript, website scripts, pixel tags, cookies, local storage, and device
identification. The Consumer information captured may include, but is not
limited to a Consumer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser
language, and the date and time that web page was visited. 




We may use Criteo for the purpose of serving personalized advertising by
collecting data via cookies. To opt-out of Criteo’s services, learn more about

14. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND TCPA RIGHTS

By submitting your information to us, you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy
Policy, and authorize iMotors and up to five automotive partners, their
contractors and affiliates to contact you with offers about their products or
service by telephone calls, emails, artificial voice, and pre-recorded
calls/text messages, using an automated telephone technology, to the number and
email you provided, even if your number is a mobile number or is currently
listed on any state, federal or corporate Do Not Call list. You understand that
your consent here is not a condition of purchase, and that you can revoke it at
any time. Message and data rates may apply.
