To participate on the Kaon pool, a checkpoint-synced node is enough, but it is
required to reconstruct historical states (and blobs) - which takes some hours
to sync. Before bringing the pool on Mainnet, there need to be a way to sync
historical blobs (older dan 4096 epochs), which could slightly affect the
requirements. Lighthouse has already an open issue addressing it:
https://github.com/sigp/lighthouse/issues/5391

If this is not given, the Mainnet pool would need to start at a certain height
from which all protocol validators can provide blobs.

Besides this, we’re already planning a supervysor integration that will reduce
the storage requirements.

Hey, we also expect that the highest usage of state-sync will be at live height.
Nonetheless we think it’s important to also support all historical heights since
not all data is actually included in the events, so analyzing certain states of
Osmosis Pools are rather difficult, with state-sync having this solved we
believe that this is a handy USP that only KYVE can offer. Regarding the block
pool, it is needed for the state-sync pool. All in all we as KYVE will operate
those testnet pools and every node runner for now is welcomed to join, but there
is no requirement to do so. Once testing the state-sync pool was successfull and
the demand for it is there we will discuss if this pool should also be created
on Mainnet.

As much as I would like the Tashi/wevmos liquidity to increase, I do feel the
necessity to increase the liquidity on other pairs (tashi/usdt, tashi/wbtc,
tashi/weth) instead of concentrating on the tashi/wevmos pair as it has
sufficient enough liquidity on itself with the concentrated liquidity on Ichi
single sided vault for wevmos (which by itself is quite big in wevmos amount)
along with liquidity injection from steer’s tashi/wevmos pair.

This is to attract more trading volume of other pairs that may derived from
wormhole transfer assets to do swaps for tashi with less price impact. As seen
in the picture below the liquidity for other pairs are so low that the forge
routes to tashi/wevmos pair instead of tashi/usdt when trying to swap tashi for
usdt.



Therefore, I do think the Tashi owned by the community pool should be used for
Tashi’s single-sided ICHI IQ vaults for the tashi/wbtc, tashi/usdt, tashi/weth
equally in all three pools.

You guys should set some restrictions so new reddit account ( 1month old or 2
month old something like that ) won’t be able to join this. Most people just
open new accounts and trying to verify their account to get points ( 100 points
is worth between 8$ -10$ ). This is one of the main reason your website has too
much load because some keep opening new reddit just to verify and get points.
They don’t bother doing upload challenge or get karma points.

Have some questions, comments and concerns about this proposal. Any information
shared here is available on discord, just look for it you lazy a$$.

 1. Back in summer 2023, community asked the team to take position on both maia
    (8$) and hermes (0.01$) to show long therm commitment and to be used for
    future payments. The answer? Well, in short, you didn’t want to buy because
    “muh community project” and possible conflict of interest. What changed for
    all the above to not be an issue anymore and why should we just let you mint
    that absurdity of supply for the team now when you had the chance to
    accumulate it in a fair way at the lows?

 2. v2 docs has been live since June 2022… Why on the akita’s mum did you just
    change the tokenomic out of nowhere? Fair to think that the very first point
    above just answers my question, you refused to buy hermes and maia on a fair
    way and now want some for free without spending a cent?

 3. Maths? More like meths! Really don’t want to disrespect anyone but at some
    point just stop fcking with your investors.. with all the wait we have,
    delays, team telling us they dgaf about price action, then come here with
    that nonsense 5 year budget made with the current price when we were 5x
    higher just two months ago? Are you really that out of touch with reality or
    you just thoughts we are that dumb?

 4. What will happen to all the vehermes farmed with your own gauge? The only
    reason the proposal for you to create your own gauge passed was because v2
    was supposed to launch 2 months after (September/October 2023).. more than 7
    months later you still farming them. Want incentives, keep a % of it, with
    all charity money hermes and maia holders already gave you, was expecting a
    little more respect for us than this proposal.

 5. What You said, no compensation before v2 launch, want us to vote on
    something without even a list of projects interested on building on top of
    us, I mean, not even asking for a list of partners at this point, just
    showing us that projects have actual interest on our products, sneak pick of
    what is done and left, video of something working, testnet, beta, alpha,
    zeta, anima, akita whatever before doing a proposal like that should ve been
    more than obvious by now. Want to dilute the market cap at launch with those
    mints, since there is no info about that, I just assume the liquidity will
    be the same and migration ratio will be 1:1 and not equivalent to the actual
    % of the supply hodled by anyone of us HOLDERS, on top of that we been
    diluting for 22 months now and there will be bonds coming with v2! To be
    really honest with you, I feel insulted and anyone who’s been here long
    enough to know all that has been said above should feel too. Launch testnet
    first, remake this proposal then we talk again instead of wanting to launch
    a “testnet” with the actual final product and test it for one week only.

Really love the project and what you guys building, but you just lost it on this
one, genuinely shocked on how you came up with this proposal, numbers and how in
hell you went through it and thought it would be ok for holders… like, how was
your team call when you wrapped up the proposal?

PREAMBLE

The cCDAO launched a giveaway campaign in February, aimed at increasing
awareness of verifiable AI (vAI). An assessment of twitter metrics suggest the
campaign made a successful contribution to increase the use of vAI–with the tag
being used 100s of times across the campaign. Further, analysis shows a
noticeable increase in sentiment, and later an increase in the number of Authors
using the $cheq moniker.

Finally, some observations from the campaign were that 3 weeks was too long for
so few prizes, and that we can improve the quality of promotional material by
providing guidance on messaging across the campaign.


DETAILS OF THE PROPOSAL

We propose a community pool spend of 23,000 $cheq (Twenty Three Thousand) to
fund a followup 10-day social media campaign targeting verifiable AI (Table 1).
The proposed campaign will involve giving away $cheq as well as creds, and is
yet another pilot for the cCEL. Funds will be managed by the cCDAO multi-sig.
