sizing into consideration. We also build control panels based on customer
supplied panel schematics, bill of materials, and documentation.

ENGINEERING

Engineering is our specialty. With mechanical, electrical, and programming
engineers in-house we have the solution to any of your control panel questions
or problems. Our engineering team has over a 100 years of combined experience in
the top leading programming languages. Our engineers can create a new program,
modify or update and existing program or migrate your current program to a new
panel. Our mechanical and electrical engineers assist in designing and
manufacturing control panels to UL, CSA, CE, and ISO standards.

FABRICATION

Our fabrication team consists of 25+ highly trained and highly skilled
technicians assisted by our specialized automated tooling that help in
guaranteeing fast turn-around times. Alongside our technicians, our Steinhauer
modification center automates drilling and taping enclosures which in turn
alleviates mistakes and improves accuracy and quality. All of our manufacturing
documentation and control processes are created to meet our ISO 9001:2015
standards. All control panels built and programmed by South Coast Controls are
100% tested and Qc'd to ensure customer satisfaction.
