One of the security questions to access my documents to sign asked me to
identify the color of a former car. Problem: none of the choices had the right
color of the car. I wasn’t allowed not to answer so I picked one at random and

Hello. What is the best practice for an educational institution that needs to
obtain a student’s signature on a DocuSign form that also requires a
co-signature by a representative of that institution? There does not seem to be
a bulk signature option when multiple documents need to be processed. Does
anyone have any suggestions about how to address this need most efficiently?

REOCCURRING SIGNING REQUEST
A colleague keeps receiving a reminder from DocuSign to sign a document, however
the document is fully signed already. I have checked the history of this
document and it shows her signing in May and all parties receiving a fully
signed copy of the document in question. How can this reminder be stopped? I
have deleted the sent/signed docusign routing and no-else is experiencing this
issue. Thank you for any help KimH

CANNOT REMOVE SIGNAUTRE IN DOCUMENT
Hi there, My supplier sent me a document to sign, but I found that there was
already a signature in the signing area. I have deleted all my signatures from
the management website, but the signature in the document still exists and
cannot be removed. Here are the methods I have tried: Using a different browser
Using an incognito window Long-pressing the signature (iPad, Chrome), but there
is no option to delete the signature Are there any other methods to resolve this
issue?

authentication of a DocuSign signature? This is to understand whether retention
of the entire package received after signature is necessary or not and whether a

FREE TRIAL RECIPIENT LIMIT
Hello. I am using a free trial mode docusign. I understood I have a 30-day trial
with 5 envelopes. I used a first envelope with a signature test with nine people
and it worked perfectly. Now I am trying to sign a document with 24 people and
afeter the first five recipientes there is an alert sign saying “The recipient
limit on the envelope has been exceeded.” I don’t understand why I was able to
sign a document with 9 recipeints before. What is the limit of recipients for
envelope on the free trial mode? Is there a way I can make 24 people sign? Thank

HELLO!Due to a mistake a client signed a document and the name of the company he
was signing for was misspelled on the document.This name appears in the document
that was sent to sign, not in the signature or initials of the document. The

DIFFERENT DATE FORMATS FOR DIFFERENT TEMPLATES
Because our company is international, has many divisions and many legacy
standards, some departments require date format to be YYYY-MM-DD, while other
require DD-MM-YYYY and our current format is DD-Month-YYYY (Month is spelled
out, eg. April, June, December) I know that our DocuSign Admin (I am not an
admit) can change the format for every DocuSign account related to our company,
but this will not help me, as this will just set a new default for all
documents. What am looking for is an option to use different date formats, for
different documents / templates. Is there some way to achieve this?

and the signature is time stamped, but the witness did not insert the signature.

When using digital signature DocuSign, where are the user's certificates (x.509)
and Keys stored? Are they kept in the cloud, on a token, or is the actual
signing performed using DocuSign's own certificate and keys? Additionally, do
the certificates and keys belong to the user, or are they provided by DocuSign?
Can you explain the workflow in detail? Furthermore, does this workflow vary
from country to country, or is the service uniform across different locations,

electronically sign a document.error I am getting:------------------------Your
signature is not valid: The summary was signed with a foreign certificate
outside the EU and whose certification authority is not present among those
defined in the eIDAS trust lists. Your signature is therefore not considered
valid since we cannot find the certification authority of the certificate used
among the eIDAS trusted lists. We invite you to contact your signature provider
