Over multiple projects and brands we’ve helped LVMH run UX research in China
through usability testing, user interviews and online surveys to optimize their
luxury digital experiences.

Iterative UX research to test and validate a new digital investment tool. Our
team ran rounds of in-depth interviews, usability testing, and focus groups and
design sprints in iterative cycles.

We optimized the Office 365 consumer funnel in China by understanding
pain-points and needs via online survey, usability testing and focus groups,
then running data-driven & iterative design sprints.

Researching both consumers and staff through user interviews, focus groups, and
usability testing across four markets in greater China to design a new
clienteling suite.

After redesigning their global e-commerce mobile app, Dyson needed to localize
their product for the Chinese market. We helped them do that through 1-on-1
usability testing and UX consulting.

Our team provided a UX expert review of the Kaspersky Chinese anti-virus
software before running usability testing in Shanghai and UX workshops in
Moscow.

We ran usability testing and UX benchmarking of an automotive infotainment
system and dashboard against best-in-class Chinese connected cars in our
Shanghai UX lab.

Through on-going iterative testing, we've helped Agoda localize their product in
China through usability testing and focus group interviews, gathering key
insights to help strengthen their market position.

Investigating opportunities for blockchain solutions in specific markets through
user interviews with director-level industry leaders to provide recommendations
on strategies.

Over multiple projects, we’ve helped PwC and their clients understand their
target Chinese customers via user interviews, usability testing and focus group
interviews.

We created an in-depth UX guide for the redesign of the Epson China website. The
guide was formulated via online surveys, usability testing and UX expert reviews
for their product team.

When the Nielson Norman Group team visited China they worked at UX Spot to run
user interviews and usability testing. Our team helped facilitate, recruit and
interpret the interviews.
