At the start of each month, every employee is given Infoware Bucks to reward and say thanks to their colleagues for “Random Acts of Awesomeness” which are tied back to our 5 company core values. These “micro-rewards” are shared for everyone to view our web-based employee recognition portal system and additional comments and kudos can be added by co-workers. At the end of every quarter, 3 larger awards (Going Above and Beyond, Team Player, Lives by our Values) are given out which are based on nominations from our employees. DIVERSITY & FLEXIBILITY Even though Infoware is a relatively small company, we pride ourselves on the diversity of our workforce. Because many of our employees come from different parts of the world, and because we are a remote working company, employees have the ability to work from different locations to extend a vacation or travel abroad to spend time with family or relatives. Infoware recognizes that through technology the world is growing smaller and to retain and attract new employees it is critical to be flexible to the ever changing workforce. EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT One of Infoware’s Core Values is “Grow Each Day”. As a company we want to grow and expand, but this can only be achieved if our employees expand their skills and knowledge. Each quarter, every employee is assigned a “Rock” (goal or objective) which is focused on personal growth – eg: taking a course or certification – or is aligned to a key strategic objective for the company.
