Workflow Question: Contract where I and an extrnal recipient have to sign
Hello everyone, Is it the "standard" workflow in DocuSign that I cannot sign a
contract directly when I create it, if it's meant to be signed by both myself
and the other recipient? So far, I've been setting myself as the first recipient
and then having to sign it through my email before the signed contract gets sent
to the other recipient. Is there no way to sign the document directly while
creating it, without going through the extra step of signing it via email?

Hello everyone, I'm having some doubts regarding the use of custom fields and
bulk send. I have a user who wants to use bulk send, but in the CSV, they want
to add specific data like contract number and company. When editing the template
to upload those details, I can't find the field that extracts that data. Do you

I am trying to do a name change through Docusign. But it is supposed to have two
signatures one of my old name and one of my new. But it keeps putting my old
name in both spaces. I have tried everything to get the signature with my new

What doses the status of "Correct" mean?
I am trying to find out the definition of the Status of “Correct”. This is on
the Envelope Report, however, if you look at the report description, it only has
the Status’ below. Envelope Status when the report was generated. Sent: The
email notification has been sent to at least one recipient. The envelope remains
in this state until all recipients have viewed the envelope. Delivered: All
recipients have opened the envelope. This does not signify an email delivery of
an envelope. Completed: All recipients have completed the envelope. Declined:
The envelope has been declined by one of the recipients. Voided: The envelope
has been voided by the sender.

Wrong email
I have an associate that put in the wrong People partner Approver email. The
manager has gotten multiple emails to complete the document. The associate has
no email or Docusign account to go back and make any correction. How can the
email be corrected or how can we stop the email reminder from being generated
everyday for the manager?

Can I resize the Signature Field to a Rectangle instead of a Square?
The signature field on my documents is ridiculous. It’s a square, not a
rectangle. I can resize the square but it’s still a square. So I have a long
signature line and a tiny square signature. If I resize, it just makes a bigger
or smaller square. I just want the signature to fit the signature line. But
either I have a tiny little signature, of I have to resize to a ridiculously big
square that then overruns the typed text. I saw some information about maybe
signatures appear smaller if pdf resolution is too high, but that does not alter
the fact that it’s still a square. Moreover, requiring a 200 dpi resolution when
a standard resolution goes up to 300 would mean I have to redo all of the
document to a new resolution and seems very backwater for such a standard thing.
Really??? I’m sorry to be so ornery but it’s driving me crazy…

Using DocuSign for internal approvals/document tracking and not signatures.
Can I approve a docusign document without actually signing it? We need to be
able to send quotes that don't require any signatures, but still leverage
DocuSign for our internal approval process before the quote goes to the
customer.

Drawin Signature
So I created a drawn signature in my profile and it shows up. However, when I
try to sign a document, it does not show up, only I guess what you would call
the generic signatures. Plus the info in even the standard available styles has
incorrect info - it has my first name then last name, but in between them has a
“pc”. Very confused as I’m a first time user.

How to track DocuSign signature but I was not registered for DocuSign when I
initiated the signing process
I initiated a DocuSign process using my institute’s established DocuSign form
but lost track of the signing process. Is there a way to track the signing
process? I have the envelope ID but I can’t track it because I was not
registered for DocuSign at that time and the form was not saved in my account

How to finalize an already signed agreement to render it fully executed
Hi there. I need to understand how I can finalize the appendices of an already
completed envelope. I am using docusign for a municipal loan program that has
two parts to it. All parties sign the two-disbursement/installment loan
agreement when we know what the initial disbursement it. however, once the total
approved amount of the loan is, I have to enter that information into two
appendices of the already signed agreement. I must complete the appendices
post-signing this for every agreement, in order to render the loan agreements
fully executed. How can I do this? MTIA.

Double billed - in need of refund!! Refund Please!
I have had the same problem as Kevin - I renewed my one seat and added another -
but the billing has shown that i now have 3 seats. I only need 2. This was
clearly an error. I have a third seat NOT YET ASSIGNED TO ANYONE - but cannot
find a way of being refunded this payment made in error. When I downgraded my
plan to only 2 seats for next year, it does not give me the option of requesting
a refund - so i have one unassigned seat sitting there and being paid for!! This
is not good customer service :(

The request to have a different email body when the completion notification is
sent out to all receipents. We currently only see the same email body that was

Missing Docusign
I have a problem similar to case above user where i cannot find past documents
in my docusign account despite using the right email address. I have tried their
solution of using the switch account but I do not see the option to switch
accounts and I don’t anything in my inbox. Any ideas on how I can fix this? And
I’ve triple checked the email address is the same on both the docusign I signed
and my email address. Any ideas on what’s happening here?
