TCS iON Digital Learning is a collaborative social learning platform that
provides an interactive environment for improved learning outcomes. Powered by a
best-in-class Learning Management System (LMS), it offers a collaborative
pedagogical model to enrich participatory learning by enabling course delivery,
assessment and other learning opportunities in a community setting

Information we collect can be broadly classified in four areas:

Learning and Academic Details:

The courses you have enrolled along with the completion progress, time spent in
each of the course, assessment and assignment scores, certificates, etc are some
of the details that we capture as part of your Learning and Academic details. It
is basically the information which helps course admin to determine how well you
are performing in the course.

Activity logs:

This is collected by the system for audit purpose. All of your activities are
monitored by the system. Any major actions that you perform on the system are
tracked, for example, if you visit any course\/community, create a post, comment
on a post, or complete a course. All actions are tracked along with your IP and
browser details. This information is not privy to Course administrator and is
visible only to your organization admin.

Third - Party Service Providers:

We share your basic details to third party vendors only in case your
organization admin has enabled integration with third party vendor through the
TCS iON Digital Learning Platform.

Profile Attributes:

Profile attributes are captured by the system to uniquely identify you, like
Name, email, Roll Number etc is captured as personal information and other
details which help your organization administrator to analyze your learning
initiatives. This information can be a part of your CV, and your profile in iDL
also serves as a verified CV for your organization.

Retention Policy:

We will retain your details until the Organization contract expires after taking
agreement for purge.

about you, we may be subject to data protection, security or privacy related

 * Right to correct inaccurate personal information that a business maintains
   about you.
 * Right of disclosure for sale of data or use for business purpose. This

   business purposes. As TCS does not sell your personal data under any
   circumstances, this right may only apply where TCS discloses your personal
