We are catering to the demands of customers as a reliable organization, we are offering a wide array of minerals lump, minerals powder, minerals Granules. Under the guidance of skilled and trained professionals. ATTAPULGITE A natural occuring clay mineral Attapulgite is complex magnesium (Mg) aluminum (Al) silicates with an open-channel structure, which forms elongate (needle-shaped) crystals. Its chemical formula is (MgAl)2Si4O10(OH)•4H2O. Actual composition varies because of partial replacement of magnesium (Mg) and aluminum (Al), by iron (Fe), and other elements Attapulgite is a unique clay mineral with a wide variety of industrial uses. The uniqueness of attapulgite as an industrial mineral is owed to its very high surface area and porosity. Its magnesium silicate structure resembles a brick wall with every second brick missing. This leaves elongated porous channels that are highly absorbent and capable of forming gels when ground to fine powders. Attapulgite has a strong ability to absorb water. When it is wet, attapulgite shows plastic and adhesive properties; and when it gets dry, attapulgite does not shrink much and does not show cracks. When it is soaked in water, attapulgite collapses. WHITE CLAY A raw material for everday products Kaolin, or ‘white clay’ as it is commonly called, is a hydrated aluminum silicate crystalline mineral formed over many millions of years by the hydrothermal decomposition of granite rocks. The chemical formula for kaolin as used in mineralogy is Al2Si2O5(OH)4 however, in ceramics applications the formula is typically written in terms of oxides, thus the formula for kaolin is Al2O32SiO22H2O. Kaolin is an important industrial mineral. It is used in paper industries as fillers or coating pigments to improve appearance by contributing to printability, smoothness and gloss of paper, it is used extensively in the ceramic industry, where its high fusion temperature and white burning characteristics makes it particularly suitable for the manufacture of ceramics, porcelain, tableware and refractories. It is utilized in large quantity as filler and reinforcing agent in rubber industries. Kaolin is also used as an extender and flattening agent in paints the low bulk density facilitates lower concentration per volume. In Pharmaceuticals and cosmetic industry it is used widely. Kaolin has a variety of other usage being a versatile mineral. Kaolin is an important ingredient in ink, organic plastics, ultramarine blue, cable insulation, fiber glass, electrical insulators, concrete, catalyst, casting, DOLOMITE A natural stone mineral Dolomite is a mineral that is composed of calcium magnesium carbonate (CaMg(CO3)2). It has a chemical formula of CaCO3.MgCO3, indicating that it is a double carbonate containing both calcium and magnesium. The chemical composition of dolomite can vary depending on its origin and the geological conditions under which it was formed. Dolomite can contain small amounts of other elements, including iron, manganese, aluminum, and silica, among others. The presence of these elements can affect the physical and chemical properties of dolomite, such as its color, hardness, and solubility. Overall, dolomite is a widely used mineral in various industries, including construction, agriculture, and manufacturing, due to its hardness, durability, and chemical properties. sealant, roofing and many other products where it’s very fine particle size, whiteness, chemical inertness, and absorption properties give it particular value PRODUCT RANGE Our ability to supply minerals in different granule sizes, powder mesh sizes, and lump dimensions underscores our commitment to providing comprehensive and customizable solutions. We remain dedicated to collaborating closely with our customers, ensuring that our products perfectly align with their individual needs and contribute to the success of their projects. LUMPS We provide dolomite lumps in different sizes, ranging from 25 mm to 100 mm. This flexibility in lump sizes is a testament to our commitment to accommodating a wide spectrum of industrial requirements. POWDER We offer minerals in powder form, with mesh sizes ranging from 200 mesh to 300 mesh. This ensures that our customers have access to finely ground minerals suitable for a variety of applications. our range is designed to meet these precise specifications. GRANULES We specialize in providing various minerals granules as our primary offering, with sizes ranging from 2 mm to 25 mm. This ensures that our customers have access to granular forms that are well-suited for a variety of applications. CONTACT We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer service.
