AC AND SOUNDPROOF ISSUES.
I have few issues encountered while stayed at the hotel. Overall, the hotel
is good, however, the AC in the room is extremely loud, which deeply
affected my sleep and sleep for the rest of my family. Also, I could hear
every car passing by the hotel while trying to sleep. Room is extremely
small and outdated. There was no soap, little shampoo, and little body wash
left in the bottles from previous guests. Beds and pillows are
uncomfortable. Hair fan didn't work. I will not stay in this hotel and will
never recommend it to my friends and family. The room was not up to
Marriott standards. Very disappointed. I travel a lot, and I've seen many
hotels. This hotel needs to work on the rooms and make sure that next guest
has everything ready in the room. Thank you! It doesn't worth the price
paid.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED
This property offered everything we needed. A clean place to sleep. A nice
outdoor place to sit and a delicious breakfast. The shuttle was perfect for
running back and forth downtown and we used it quite a bit.

GREAT STAY
My wife and I came to Key West for an anniversary trip. We had a great
time, the hotel was very clean, well maintained with super kind staff. The
pool was beautiful we used it every day of our stay sometimes twice a day.
Breakfast left a little to be desired but not a huge deal, there are tons
of options nearby. All the staff were nice but Luis was warm and helpful.
The location is perfect about 8 minutes to downtown, shuttle service was
great to head downtown but when heading back ended up being too full for
us, luckily Uber/Lyft/Cab options are inexpensive. We will absolutely be
back next time we visit Key West.

The elevator was scary and dirty, but we had so much luggage that I had to
use it. I found a wad of hair and some dead bugs on our towels. Breakfast
was not that good at all.
