Detached ADUs are the most popular options for ADUs right now as they give you
the most privacy and can look the best on your lot. These are ADUs that are
completely detached from your main home and can be up to 1,200 sq.ft depending
on your location and the space you have available.

use as well as fully custom options!

ATTACHED ADUS



Attached ADUs, sometimes called JADUs, are another great option if you want your
ADU to blend into your house or if you don't have enough room in your backyard
to build a detached ADU.

These ADUs share a wall with your main house, but are otherwise completely
separate with a separate bathroom, kitchen, and living space!
