Our goal is to make genuine connection and mental health support accessible,
simple and convenient for men who are struggling with life’s challenges.



iConnect specialises in mens mental health and wellbeing support. We facilitate
mental health group training sessions in physical workplaces around New Zealand.
As well as offer online access to trained, experienced facilitators and
therapists for 1 on 1 sessions.

We desire to normalise courageous conversations and to shift the culture around
men speaking up via meaningful partnerships with male dominated workplaces. Good
mental health is wealth, as it affects every area of your life.

Men traditionally find it difficult to talk about their mental health and
adequate support can often be inaccessible or unaffordable. Working in male
dominated industries to normalise hard conversations and provide easy access,
ultimately supports not only the men but their whānau, friends and community.

AFFORDABLE

Group and individual sessions are fully funded through a respective work place,
so there is no direct cost to an individual. Employers sign up to iConnect by
purchasing an annual package which entitles them to a facilitated group therapy
session hosted by Matt and Phil monthly at their work-site followed by access
for employees to one-on-one sessions with experienced therapists online.

ACCESSIBLE

Individual sessions are booked and hosted online, so can occur anywhere that is
comfortable for the individual. Often men prefer to drive somewhere after work
and sit in the privacy of their car to meet with their therapist.

SIMPLIFIED

Our therapists are experienced in speaking with everyday men and providing the
right emotional support with practical insight and tools in a language that
resonates.
