 1. Launch Date of the Hong Kong Investor Identification Regime (HKIDR)
    Haitong International reminds customers that the HKIDR will come into effect
    on 20 March 2023.
    If you have not yet submitted consent and updated identification document,
    or if you have any enquiries regarding the operation of your account, please

    Note:
    If you wish to execute any buy order, please submit consent in the Haitong
    International App and ensure your account in normal status, otherwise we
    will not, or will no longer be able to, as the case may be, provide you with

 2. Withholding Tax on Publicly Traded Partnerships (PTP) Securities
    IRS has announced that new regulations on the withholding tax on PTP
    transactions will take effect on 1 January 2023. We will only support
    closing positions and withdrawal of PTP securities from that time onwards.

 3. Implementation of the Trading Fee Structure Enhancement
    The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“HKEX”) has announced the
    enhancement to the existing trading fee structure in the cash market and
    will take effect on 1 January 2023.

    involved fraudsters using the name/logo of Haitong International Securities
    Group Co., Ltd. (Haitong International) to conduct illegal fundraising
    activities and potentially committed fraudulent acts. Haitong International
    reminds customers not to make money deposit or transfer to suspicious email
    senders, websites and callers, and to provide any personal information to
    such persons. If customer suspects that any company or personal information
    has been disclosed to a suspicious third party, or wish to confirm whether
    such communications are sent by Haitong International, please call our
