TRAINING MODULES

Theoretical knowledge (Module 1)

Meditation can have a far-reaching impact on your life. It facilitates a deeper
feeling of peace and calm, while at the same time allowing you to engage with
yourself at deeper levels. Additionally, meditation has been scientifically
researched, and the results have clearly shown that the practice has important
benefits. According to research, meditation increases psychological well-being
factors such as acceptance, meaning, happiness and compassion on the one hand,
and reduces levels of stress, anxiety, and depression on the other hand. This
module will provide you with the knowledge and understanding surrounding
meditation, including concepts such as “Presence”, “Authentic Self”,
“Enlightenment” and “Awareness”.

Personal experience and practice (Module 2)

As teaching meditation begins with a personal experience of it, this teacher
training course emphasizes personal practice, alongside the teaching of theory
and exercises. You will be trained in a variety of meditation techniques in
order to have an intimate and subjective experience of different
meditation-based exercises. The list of meditation techniques you will learn as
part of this module includes Intention Meditation, Breathing Meditation, Walking
Meditation, Smiling Meditation, Body-Scan Meditation, Loving-Kindness
Meditation, 1-Minute Meditation, and many more. This course would enable you to
psychologically and spiritually grow while engaging with these meditation
techniques.

The more formal assignments of the course are as follows:

 1. The first assignments are a few Multiple Choice questions that you will find
as part of the online learning platform spread throughout the course. We
would like to ensure that this is not an anxiety-provoking experience, so if
you don’t know the right answers you can try again without any penalties –
this is simply an assignment that allows us to ensure that our graduates
engaged with and contemplated the taught materials.
 2. The second assignment is at the very end of the course, and it’s your chance
to put in to practice everything you have learned throughout the course. You
are going to record a 5-minute meditation (any technique you choose) and
upload this for our review. It doesn’t need to be studio quality as we are
not assessing your technical audio production skills, and also don’t worry
if English is not your native language as this too is not being assessed.

Teaching others the theory and practice of meditation (Module 3)

As you gain knowledge about meditation and learn the experience of meditation,
you will realize how you could offer others a similar experience of expansion.
By engaging with the materials on a theoretical level (module 1) and practical
level (module 2), you will realize how to apply the techniques you have learned
so that you could teach others. This module will provide you with practical
tools that would assist you in teaching others.

Integration of the Modules

The three modules are not being taught separately; instead, the training
continuously moves from one module to another, offering some theory, followed by
practice and a teaching session, seamlessly integrating the three modules into a
coherent experience. These three learning outcomes (and corresponding modules)
offer a process of transformation. As part of this transformation, you will be
able to gradually build higher levels of presence – being able to bring your
awareness to the “Here and Now”. Meditation invites us to become more present in
our everyday life. This course will offer you an opportunity to engage with
meditation in a way that will allow that presence to penetrate whatever you are
doing during the day. It will shift your mind from one that is constantly busy
and scattered to a mind that is focused and connected to the moment. Finally,
the course would enable you to share and teach this knowledge; there is great
joy in inviting others to grow and transform.

Special Sections

The Meditation and Mindfulness teacher training includes a number of special
sections where you will learn unique approaches to mindfulness teaching. For
example, the special section of “Mindfulness-Based Flourishing” will teach you
how to apply mindfulness not only for stress and anxiety but also to increase
happiness, meaning in life, hope, and resilience. Another special section,
“Organizational Mindfulness”, will teach you how to apply mindfulness teaching
in organizations. The special section of “Mindfulness Games” will teach you how
to offer mindfulness through games, a highly-effective teaching technique which
appeals to most students and clients. Those are unique teaching sessions and
they reflect the innovative teaching we offer as part of this training.

Any question for which you cannot find an answer on this webpage? We would love

Training Exercises (are there any exams in this training?)

During the training course, you will complete different exercises to deepen your
knowledge and understanding of meditation. You will also teach meditation
sessions to someone you choose to work with (friend/family/client) and then
write a summary of your experiences and insights following the teaching. These
are the informal assessments within the course, which will not be marked; they
are simply an opportunity for you to deepen the impact of the training.

What is the Training's Duration?

We set no time limit on the training’s completion. You could complete the
training in one month, 12 months, or even longer if needed – the training’s
content would be available for you until you graduate, no matter how long that
takes.

We do require a minimum amount of time for completion: 31 days. There are 30
teaching sessions as part of this training plus 3 additional special sections;
each session includes a variety of videos, exercises, audio files, and handouts.

When you join the training, the first two sessions will be open for you to study
and practice. Every day one more teaching session will open (session 3 in day 2,
session 4 in day 3, session 5 in day 4, etc.) until day 31 when the final
session is released. From day 31, all sessions would be fully open until you
graduate, for as long as that takes. We do that to ensure that students would
not rush through all sessions; the content of the sessions requires time to be
digested and experienced. For that reason, we set the minimum time for the
training’s completion as 31 days.

For those who would like a more in-depth experience, we offer additional reading
options, research papers, and books related to many of the sessions.

Each session would require between 2 and 5 hours. This is a total of 100 hours
for the training. These hours are broken into the following elements: Videos;
Personal Practice; Preparation for Teaching + Teaching; Completing Exercises and
Worksheets.

Is the training Research-Based?

This Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Training is unique as it is based on
scientific research. Dr. Itai Ivtzan is using theories and practices that have
been tested and found to be effective.

When can I start?

Once you enroll and pay, you can start the training immediately.

Do I get any meditation scripts that I can use?

Yes, absolutely. Many of the lessons include sample meditation scripts to bring
to life the particular style and topic of the lesson. In addition, we release to
you during the course a Script Library of 250 different meditation scripts split
into a variety of headline groups such as Mental Wellbeing, Physical Wellbeing,
Spiritual, etc. You are free to use this in your own practice during and after
the training, but note that these have a copyright and must not be passed off as
your own or shared online.

What are the Training Fees?

The training fees are 490 US Dollars. If you pay with a different currency, the
fees would be converted automatically to your local currency.

You can also choose a payment plan (2 payments of $250). The second payment is
charged one month following the first payment.

You can pay with any credit/debit card or through PayPal.

Do you offer Subtitles and Transcriptions?

Yes! All of the training’s videos include the option to turn on English
Subtitles and download the transcript (written text) of the video.

What if I enroll and change my mind?

Based on our graduates’ feedback, we are confident that you would enjoy this
training and find it right for you. In fact, we are so confident that we offer a
30-day 100% money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with
the training, contact us within the first 30 days and receive a full refund.

TRAINING REVIEWS

We have thousands of graduates from all over the world.
See what they say about the training:

I really enjoyed this and feel it was absolutely wonderful and I got so much out
of it. Although I have meditated for 30 years doing TM I learned so much here. I
loved the different styles of meditation and the many ways to instruct students.
The instructor was superb I thought he was insightful, practical and so
knowledgeable. I will be back and revisit this course and I will also be back
for more classes in the future. Very grateful this is available and so so so
excited to become certified.

This was so much fun and enlightening. Thank you!!!!

I have really enjoyed this program. It was a great chance to delve deeper into
this topic. I have had a lot of experience in mediation but I wanted a formal
training to be able to feel official.

Dr. Erin Sappio PhD, NCSPCertified School Psychologist and Counselor (click here

It was really wonderful! I thoroughly enjoyed the flow. All the useful
information about meditation and mindfulness will come in handy in
conversation/teaching. I loved being able to see him discuss everything in the
videos, and the transcripts that followed were so super helpful. Lastly, the
meditation scripts are awesome! I have a greater understanding and appreciation
and I am grateful for the opportunity.

Lindsay LuttrellLife Coach (click here for website)

I'm in the middle of this course and have to say, I've taken many online courses
and some in mindfulness and this one is not only incredible in the way it is
taught, it is worth a lot more than they charge.

I started practicing meditation just about a year ago and this course is giving
me solid practices along with information that is backed by science. Yes, you
have to do the work to get the most out of it. A few of us that started around
the same time now Zoom almost every Saturday to discuss what we're doing, what
we have learned and there's also the benefit of forming new friendships from
around the world.

If you just want to learn more for yourself or want to teach meditation, this is
the place to do it. I am not affiliated with this organization, just my honest
opinion.

Nikki NanosProfessional Speaker, Speakers Coach and Mindfulness

I thoroughly enjoyed this course. Specifically liked how there was such a broad
teaching of different techniques. I would highly recommend this teacher training
course. Such an open minded, grounded guidance to becoming a teacher.

Thank you!

This training’s step-by-step approach will make you feel competent and confident
in teaching meditation. Itai is warm and welcoming in his teaching style, and
breaks down the art of teaching into achievable steps. My clients now leave our
sessions with new skillsets that help them cope and grow in many aspects of
their lives.

My experience of becoming a meditation and mindfulness teacher was an
interesting and deep experience which will complement beautifully my experience
as a yoga teacher. I will be able to weave into my asana teaching mindfulness
techniques which will greatly enhance my classes. I found the training to be
easy to grasp yet profound and inspiring. I also like the fact that I will be
able to have access to your research papers when I have the time to further my
studies and understanding of the subject of meditation.

Thank you for creating this program!

My experience was incredible. I have experienced the positive impact of
meditation and mindfulness into my daily life! I have found a newfound passion
and skillset to share with my community. This is one of my most enjoyable
accomplishments.

Dr. Itai Ivtzan has given his students a true gift.

Heather GrossCertified Transformational Coach(click here for website)
I loved this training. I enjoyed the breadth of styles that are taught and I
appreciate that many additional styles and modes of meditation are mentioned so
that we can explore those as well. I like how this training is closely tied with
positive psychology and that it focuses not only on reducing negative
experiences in life but on savoring good experiences as well.

Stephen HaasFounder of Haas Vitality, Health & Wellness(click here for website)
I absolutely thoroughly enjoyed the Meditation Teacher Training course with
Itai. I felt the course had a perfect balance of theory and practice and Itai’s
style of teaching was spot on. Itai has such an incredible understanding and
knowledge of the world of psychology and spirituality which comes across in his
teaching which I believe gives this course the edge over what else is on offer
out there. I sometimes have quite a short attention span but found that I was
completely engaged throughout which was amazing. I look forward to utilizing my
new skills with my groups. Thank you Itai!

established in 1996 as the leading independent CPD accreditation institution
operating across the industry to review and accredit professional institutes and
academic bodies. For example, the CPD is the accrediting body for Regents
University, the Open University, and the NHS (National Health Services).

The Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Training is an accredited IMMA and CPD

The more formal assignments of the course are as follows:

 1. The first assignments are a few Multiple Choice questions that you will find
as part of the online learning platform spread throughout the course. We
would like to ensure that this is not an anxiety-provoking experience, so if
you don’t know the right answers you can try again without any penalties –

not assessing your technical audio production skills, and also don’t worry
if English is not your native language as this too is not being assessed.

What is the Training's Duration?

We set no time limit on the training’s completion. You could complete the
training in one month, 12 months, or even longer if needed – the training’s
content would be available for you until you graduate, no matter how long that
takes.

We do require a minimum amount of time for completion: 31 days. There are 30
teaching sessions as part of this training plus 3 additional special sections;
each session includes a variety of videos, exercises, audio files, and handouts.

This is a total of 100 hours
for the training. These hours are broken into the following elements: Videos;
