I’d purchased a chair which unfortunately I didn’t get on with and was a bit
apprehensive that arranging to return it would be difficult and a faff but I
needn’t have been! The process of initiating the return to collection of the
chair (note it is the customers responsibility to dismantle and repackage, which
I would expect), and receiving my refund was beyond simple and I’d like to
extend my thanks to Harri for his help with this :) Just wish all companies and
their returns processes were this simple and friendly!

Overall the chair is decent quality. Fabric:- 5/5 Adjustability:- 5/5
Comfortability 4/5 Design:- 5/5 Functionality:- 4/5 The chair is good, however
it is not a cheap chair and the concerns are:- • Comfortability:- Padding not
sufficient enough, you will still bottom out which gets uncomfortable when
sitting for longer periods. This is very unfortunate as it’s the very reason I
bought a 24 hour chair, and yes I am well within the weight tolerances. •
Functionality:- We have hard surfaces and the wheels make a horrible metal
rattling sound when moved over the hard surface. Conclusion:- I would not buy it
again simply due to the lack of padding issue, I have had multiple back
surgeries and I need that padding to provide long sitting comfort. If the
padding on the seat area was either more dense or firmer it would likely score
top marks. As it stands it's an overall 4/5 which is still better than most out
there.

Really good and accurate description of the executive chair I purchased.
Delivered on the date provided. Arrived flat packed. All parts are wrapped and
protected, and all screws and bolts are in separate bags. Self-erect
instructions were fairly easy to read and understand, i did have a problem with
one section as they are pictures with no words, but I managed to work it out.
Overall, very pleased with Office Boffins, the chair I purchased is exactly as
described and very comfortable.

I have just built my chair I did it on my own with a little help from a char as
support while screwing it up one of the arms was tricky as it didn’t seem to
tighten but a bit of grip tape sorted that but really pleased with the chair
very comfy and sturdy I haven’t done a long session in it yet but very comfy for
the time I have been in it so far
