This means that employees must be trained and developed to perform effectively in the workplace. The Reskilling; Upskilling and New-Skilling (RUN) Project is a direct response to the need to equip Government of Jamaica employees with relevant skills to function in the digital age. The RUN Project is managed by the Transformation Implementation Unit and is aligned to the public sector transformation vision of “a modern public service that is fair, values people, and consistently delivers high quality services.” Under the RUN Project, you can choose from over 7,000 self-paced, online courses ranging from 30 minutes to several weeks in length. RESKILLING If you would like to acquire a skill such as business administration, makeup artistry or improve your soft skills, you can choose from these Reskilling Courses. NO APPROVAL IS REQUIRED BUT YOU MUST BE AN EMPLOYEE OF THE GOJ. You will have unlimited access to these courses. Programme Catalogue Learning Portal To participate in the Reskilling programme, please complete the Registration form. Registration Form UPSKILLING Are you looking to acquire additional skills or new credentials to progress your career? If you aspire to take on more responsibilities or move up the career ladder, upskilling can equip you with the necessary competencies to reach your goals. Browse the Upskilling Courses here and register your interest with your HR Manager. Only a specific number of applicants will have access to these courses.
