FBI/CIA/NSA DOMESTIC SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM RISE OF THE HAMMER SCORECARD, MEDUSA, DRAGNET, THORSHAMMER, HANNAH, KILLSHOT, COURIER, HANGINGCHAD, SPEARIT, AND OTHERS... These are real computer programs designed to run on the Hammer. Anyone else telling you different is lying. How do we know this? The FBI/CIA/NSA domestic systems were built under classified contracts with the CIA, DOD, DNI, HS, AF, DIA, DNI, and other US intel agencies.The Hammer was built for foreign surveillance but turned on the American people and their businesses by some bad actors in the US Government. US Government weaponized the IRS and FBI targeting whistleblowers and conservatives. September 3, 2014 To whom it may concern: A U.S. Government private contractor with contracts with FBI/CIA/NSA/DOD/AF found that his groundbreaking work on a foreign digital surveillance program had been re-tasked to illegally surveil American citizens and organizations. As per the contract, he reported this illegal surveillance directly to the CIA Director, NSA Deputy Director, and the Secretary of the Air Force. High ranking representatives of these agencies visited the contractor’s facility monthly, and at least 8 individuals from the agencies remained in the facility 24 hours a day. These programs operated under Top Secret clearances requiring SAP (Special Access Programs) and with the highest levels of security. The whistleblower worked in these domestic surveillance programs for over 10 years. He complained to 6 different inspector generals that the CIA was using the program’s technology to target Americans and their businesses without probable cause. He followed the proper state protocols for whistleblowing and reporting, only to be ignored, arrested by force, prosecuted, persecuted, discredited, slandered, defamed, and libeled. He provided proof of the FBI/CIA/NSA domestic surveillance programs and the sensitive data they collected to the FBI in 2005, 2009, 2012, 2013, and 2015. He provided the information to three separate Article 3 Federal judges in 2006 and 2014. He gave to the FBI and DOJ a 4-hour videotaped deposition under oath at FBI headquarters in DC with both the DOJ counterintelligence head and two FBI agents present on December 3, 2015. In the summer of 2015, he provided 93 terabytes and 6.6 million pages of the sensitive information collected on Americans and their businesses to the FBI at their headquarters in Miramar FL. After verification of the data, they requested an interview on December 3rd, 2015. In that meeting, he described in detail how these cyber hacking programs can alter election results and produce new results undetected - and had done so many times in the past. In response, the U.S. Government put the whistleblower under a "gag order" preventing him from fully disclosing the "sources and methods" of these programs or who was involved, and the data itself. He has tried to have these orders lifted for 16 years with no luck, while the high-ranking individuals who managed the program ignore subpoenas and the court refuses to compel them to answer them. The whistleblower remains under government surveillance. In the current Eric Coomer, Smartmatics, and Dominion Voting System defamation lawsuits he has given 17 hours of videotaped deposition under oath. This deposition was immediately sealed and classified to prevent its public release. He has requested under FOIA all documents related to his work with the U.S. Government. All requests have been denied. Here is an example of U.S. Government responses when asked about these surveillance programs. FOURTH AMENDMENT VIOLATIONS ON A MASS SCALE Don't be fooled thinking these FBI/CIA/NSA domestic surveillance programs only collected phone records. These illegal spying programs that targeted Americans collecting personal and business documents, financial records, phone records, medical records, internet searches, emails, SMS & MMS messages, images, login credentials, IRS records, social security information, IP addresses with geolocation information, corporate records, corporate IP, attorney client communications, attorney client documents, voter information, voter records, government communications, classified documents, all collected in these illegal spying programs without probable cause orwithout a single court order allowing them to collect this information. These programs hacked Twitter, Google, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media company servers.
