What’s the difference between an Insider and a Consultant?
Being an Insider is fun and free! Insiders host parties and give friends and
family the chance to shop Thirty-One products. With a qualifying party, Insiders
can earn discounts, free products, exclusive items and credits that can be
redeemed to purchase Thirty-One products.
Consultants are independent business owners authorized to sell Thirty-One
products for a commission. Thirty-One Consultants earn income by holding
in-person or virtual parties, taking orders from their personalized website, and
enrolling new consultants to grow their team.
Why do I have to purchase a kit to sign up as a Consultant?
Purchasing a kit provides you with business essentials and establishes your
Consultant account, enabling access to training resources, sales and marketing
materials and your very own personalized website.
How can I start selling Thirty-One products?
Become a Consultant and start selling in three easy steps:
1. Click Join Us
2. Complete the new Consultant online enrollment process
3. Order your kit
With your personalized Thirty-One website, you can start selling Thirty-One
products the same day you sign up!
How soon can I start making money?
You can start selling Thirty-One products and earning 20% commission the same
day that you sign up! Commission is paid twice per month. Details about
commission payments are available to Consultants in the Career Path booklet.

I have never sold anything. What support and resources do I receive as a
Consultant?
Thirty-One Consultants are never in business alone! All new Consultants receive
access to step-by-step training, coaching and guidance from experienced sponsors
and fun training modules on Thirty-One Today, your virtual office, that will
walk you through setting up your business and getting started.
As a Consultant, you’re also invited to our annual conference, IMPACT, where you
can meet other Consultants and learn from the best in the business!
Do I need to know a Consultant to join Thirty-One?
No, you don’t need to know a Consultant to join Thirty-One. If you don’t know a
Consultant who you want as your sponsor, we will match you with an experienced
sponsor who can serve as your coach and help you get started successfully!
How much money can I earn as a Thirty-One Consultant?
Consultants earn 20% commission on their qualifying sales from day one. Your
earning potential is dependent upon how much you sell. All Consultants have the
opportunity to earn up to 35% commission based on sales. Refer to our Income
Disclosure Statement for additional details.

1. Shipping and sales tax will also be charged when applicable. Enrollment
opportunities, including available Enrollment Kits, are subject to change based
on season, available inventory and other considerations. Consultants may choose
to have a personal website and branded emails sent to their Customers, currently
$16.95 plus applicable tax per month. Once subscribed, Consultants may cancel
their monthly website subscription at any time. Information about website
subscriptions, including cancelation, is available to Consultants in the
Consultant Guidebook. For more information go to the “Be A Consultant” page at
mythirtyone.ca.
2. When a new Consultant sells $750 in Personal Volume (as that term is defined
in the Career Path booklet) in their first 60 days as a Consultant, they will
receive $75 in Product Credits (up to $125 Retail Value) useable towards certain
products and Business Supplies offered to Consultants by Thirty-One Gifts. These
amounts may be different for Marketplace orders. Business Supplies eligible for
use with the Product Credit are determined solely by Thirty-One Gifts. Product
Credits provided under this offer do not currently have an expiration date but
may expire after earned without advance notice. Sponsors of new Consultants who
qualify in their first 60 days will earn a $75 product credit from Thirty-One
Gifts not restricted to Business Supplies. Products available while supplies
last. Consultants and sponsors may be responsible for taxes on earned products.
3. Income is defined as commissions earned by a Consultant from Thirty-One for
her sale of products and any applicable overrides as defined in the Career Path
booklet.
