OUR SERVICES

Grace Haven Center offers emergency housing services for youth aged 9-17 facing
homelessness. Providing a safe and welcoming environment, we offer temporary
shelter for up to 21 days, offering a secure refuge for those experiencing
family conflict, crisis, or as a runaway.

EMERGENCY HOUSING

A safe place to shelter for up to 21 days for youth between the ages 9-17
experiencing homelessness due to family conflict, crisis, or as a runaway. 


TRANSITIONAL LIVING

A safe place to stay for up to 18 months for youth between the ages 16-24 who
can not return to his or her home. 


DROP IN CENTER

A safe place for youth ages 9 to 17 to come hang out and socialize with each
other at Grace Haven Center.

A Letter from the Founder


DERRY PETTY

All praise and honor to the most high Jesus Christ.  It all started with a tap
on my right shoulder during church service in 2017 with a note saying that the
grass wasn't being cut on the Grace Haven properties.  I began cutting the grass
thereafter and as time went by I became more involved with the non-profit. 




I have learned alot about the business over the years from mentors and attending
workshops but there is a saying that experience is the mother of all learning
and I am ready! 




Fast forward to today, there is a plan to open Grace Haven Center to serve the
community of Jackson once again.  The mission is to service youth and youth with
families.  I am very excited to begin executing the mission because I strongly
believe in how it will benefit our youth in need and the community. 




Currently, I am looking for passionate board members to serve on Grace Haven's
board.  If you are interested on serving please submit your inquiry below and I
will respond within two days of submission.  Also, we need your donation to help
support our mission and programming.  All donations are tax deductible.
