OU TO CELEBRATE THE CLASS OF 2024

The University of Oklahoma will honor the achievements of the Class of 2024
during individual Commencement ceremonies at Lloyd Noble Center, 2900 S. Jenkins
Ave. A time-honored tradition filled with pageantry, graduates and guests will
be welcomed by bagpipers and color guards at each ceremony.

appointed dean of The University of Oklahoma College of Law, effective July 15,
pending the OU Board of Regents’ approval.

industries, David Proctor is an inspiration in every sense of the word. Awarded
an honorary degree, David's path in life has led to countless opportunities for
students at OU.

Together with his wife, Judi, David has paved a path of excellence in the OU
Dodge Family College of Arts and Sciences Department of Mathematics,
transforming STEM education for years to come.

Congratulations to David Proctor, Doctor of Humane Letters and transformational
activist for higher education.

For nearly 60 years, Tom Love exemplified excellence as a business leader,
family man, and philanthropist.

Awarded an honorary degree posthumously, his legacy continues to impact OU, most
notably through the world-class stadium for Oklahoma Softball – Love’s Field –
which opened for the 2024 season.

The #OUFamily was honored to be joined by Greg Love during our 132nd
Commencement Weekend, accepting this honorary degree on behalf of his father.

Congratulations to Tom Love, Doctor of Humane Letters and visionary leader
dedicated to shaping a brighter future for all.
