What you'll do


We as SAP Signavio Product & Engineering (P&E) COO team aim to be a role model
for operational excellence by

 * removing complexity and enabling all P&Eople to collaborate efficiently, and
 * ensuring that a strategic direction and transparency is given so that P&E can
   achieve its defined objectives


We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is motivated, curious to learn
and is committed to the role with high personal expectations to work efficiently
in a rapidly evolving environment. As we are a startup-like environment, your
fellow team members are strong team players and cover different tasks. Thus, you
will be able to contribute to a variety of areas.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Strategy formulation

 * You will contribute to the re-design of the strategy management process
 * You will visualize the strategy and turn information into graphically
   appealing PowerPoints/Murals
 * You will have the opportunity to voice your ideas and influence decision
   making

 

Strategy execution

 * You will support the strategic goal setting methodology “OKRs” (Objectives
   and Key Results) with the OKR Coaches to drive clarity, alignment and focus
   in the Product & Engineering organization.
 * You will learn the OKR methodology on the job to contribute to the overall
   program success
 * Program management
 * You will contribute to project management tasks and learn how to manage a
   program in close alignment with the leadership team (timeline maintenance,
   tooling support, follow-ups and monitoring)
 * Employee Communication
 * You will plan, create, and manage employee focused communication, including
   creation of blogs, newsletters, videos, and virtual or physical events

What you bring

 

 * Currently enrolled (min. 1 year of university left) Student at a university
   or university of applied sciences with preferred field(s) of study: Business
   Administration, Media Design, International Communication, Change Management
   and/or Org Development
 * Computer skills: proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint for
   visualizing content), Mural expertise is a plus
 * Language skills: excellent communicator – verbal and written (fluency in
   business English & German skills are required)

 

Skills/Competencies:

 * Must be able to work as a team player, while having the ability to work
   independently
 * Able to work in international, dynamic, virtual teams
 * Must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including
   verbal, written presentation, and listening
 * Self-confidence and charisma to facilitate workshops
 * Well organized and structured, project management experience is a plus)
