OUR CLIENTS Please note that our processing of data on behalf of our healthcare provider clients (“Clients”) is governed by the Business Associate Agreement we enter into with our Clients, as applicable and required under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). Your healthcare provider may also have its own privacy practices and/or policies that govern its collection and use of your data.
