Not worth the price

I love U2, I love Bono, I do love hearing him talk and hearing his perspective
on life. But $700 to hear him talk in the back row in the top section of the
Beacon Theater? Forget it. Max I’d go $200- and that would have to be FLOOR

Fantastic

Orpheum Theatre - Los Angeles

Amazing "mis-en-scene" - Bono at his best. From his enactment of some
"Surrender" scenes, to his unforgettable voice, passion, energy, and
(self)-humor. Loved the accompaniment of the cellist, harpist - along with their
backup voices, and the multi-instrument artist. Appreciated the "no cell phone"
use so one could actually enjoy the show without gazing at hundreds of fan
phones recording.

Surrender Book Tour

Orpheum Theatre - Los Angeles

Attended the Orpheum Theater event on Sunday, November 13th. Had no idea what to
expect. Blew us away. Bono is a riveting storyteller and the musical
accompaniment was stellar as well. Best wishes and good health to all for the
rest of the tour!

The Showman Delivers

Orpheum Theatre - Los Angeles

An amazing experience! Strange and startling, expansive and intimate, part song,
part story, Bono delivers an evening (along with a few fantastic musicians)
which incorporates U2's songs with his memoir and gives the audience an
incredible show.

Just Wow!

Orpheum Theatre - Los Angeles

The music has always been iconic, we’ve known that for decades. But I had no
idea what an engaging storyteller Bono is. He put on an amazing show giving
context behind their hits. One of the best shows I’ve ever seen.

An Evening with Bono

Orpheum Theatre - Los Angeles

Brilliant! The show was awesome, the venue was beautiful with a lot of history.
I particularly loved the details of the theater. I thought Bono did an amazing
job in telling short stories, singing his songs and telling some jokes. I
particularly loved the intimate stories about him and his dad at the pub. The
honesty, traumatic story of him losing his mother at 14 and his love of his life
Ali. How they became Best Friends and continue to grow together as lovers,
Parents and atavist. I have been following U2 since I was 13 years old and have
seen U2 multiple times since 1983 to the innocence and experience. Their music
has been a time line in my life. I can respect the man, the myth and the legend.
We can all walk away from this story and appreciate Friendship, humanitarian
issues, therapy in our traumatic experiences, politic's, criticism on our self's
and the world. To literally have your heart open up and not only repair it but
to share it with all of us that evening. Bono Thank You and God Bless You! See
ya on the next tour. Hope the new album goes well. I sure you and the boys will
take us on another journey.
