excellent shower system is the upgrade your house needs. Although it has a ton
of nozzles, the water pressure is amazing. I also love the waterfall style
outlet, and all in all, both water pressures are fantastic! He's got great style
and it's worth the money.

QualifiedI bought this system in matte black. It came impeccably packed and
presented. The shower head is HUGE and both the rough-in parts and fixtures
appear to be of very high quality. The plumber did struggle a bit with thr
rough-in instructions and wasn't 100% confident that he had the arrived at the
correct depth to mount the shower head fixture after tile was installed (he had
- but clearer instructions would have reduced anxiety, because if he hadn't, the
tile and backing would have had to be re-done). During the gap between rough in
and fixture install, I managed to lose the back-plate for the shower head.
Casainc was extremely helpful and responsive and had a replacement piece
Fed-exed to me at no cost. Very impressive!

where shower nob is, got scratched somehow and I emailed customer service if
they have maybe a part replacement. They sent me a new one without asking
additional questions. This product is of high quality materials. My contractor
was very impressed with it. I’ll be ordering another one for my second bathroom
. Looks so modern and taking a shower is a pure bliss now. I’m very happy
customer :)
