THE OOTOYA CLASSIC GOZEN NOW SERVED!

Now We Serve the Ootoya Classic Gozen at All Ootoya Stores.

1. Sushi (choice of your favorite; salmon oshizushi, salmon avocado roll or
unagi cucumber roll), 2. Soba noodles with sea urchin, 3. Homemade tofu with
salmon roe, 4. Crispy herb pork tonkatsu with fresh cabbage, 5. Grilled Japanese
butterfish marinated with soy sauce and Koji, 6. Yuzu daikon pickles.

Now we use THREE HERB PORK for the best taste and textures. THREE HERB PORK is a
crossbreed of three distinct pig breeds raised on a diet consisting of three
