Euro Design Remodel recently finished remodeling a guest bathroom and our master bathroom shower from start to finish. They were flexible about items I chose to purchase on my own and made recommendations and sourced additional items when appropriate. Spoke with several other contractors for estimates and their price was fair and reasonable for the project, they always arrived/emailed/called/followed up when they said they would. Our initial contact / estimate was performed professionally by Baha, and the work was performed on time in a clean and extremely professional manner. On each job day, the crew arrived exactly on time and worked in an extremely efficient, clean and professional manner. William, the job forman, was always polite and took the extra steps to keep us informed, and always took the extra time to clean up everything at the end of each day. We were less than satisfied with previous contractors, but both William and Baha deserve special recognition for a job EXTREMELY well done. I was particularly impressed that the workers were laughing and singing while working. Happy employees tend to produce a higher quality of work! Prior contractors obviously did not enjoy their job, and that was also evident in their mediocre finished product. Baha also went out of his way to locate a tile match for us (no simple task) and extended his discount to us when we wanted to upgrade some fixtures. Our large project took several weeks to complete, and I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with this company again. Quality work, professional staff, I can’t say enough good things here. Well done! Of the 3, they were the only company that really listened to what we wanted, our budget, and our time frame. Our beautiful kitchen took about 12 business days from start to finish which was less than we anticipated. Our project manager was changed at the last minute (to Baha) which was to our benefit. Baha worked hard to maintain our vision for our new kitchen. Shavkat was the extraordinary “installer” that brought our dream kitchen to reality. He pretty much did it all from demolition to completion. He was friendly, kind and meticulous with his work. I had major concerns about hiring someone to redo our entire bathroom. They made it easy from start to finish. Met us at the tile shop to pick out materials and made great design recommendations. Flexible during the entire process. The work done was EXCELLENT. Huge attention to detail and beautiful craftsmanship. I am a tough critic and there is nothing bad I can say about this company. So many hacks out there. These guys are pros. Friendly and a pleasure to do business with. We had an issue with our shower head a couple weeks after the final walk through.
