RainWallpaper lets you choose from a wide variety of high-quality animated wallpapers for your desktop background. You can sift through a huge library of animated images and apply them on your desktop at a moment's notice. The best part is that you don't have to manually download the images, organize them in a folder and go through your system's background settings and try out different fits. RainWallpaper is distributed as a freeware application. It can be used on any modern Windows system, without encountering any compatibility issues. Downloading the setup file and installing the application is a quick process and it doesn't involve any complicated settings. When launched, the application will automatically place a new wallpaper on your desktop. You can opt for different wallpapers on the software's user interface, which can be brought up through its system tray icon. At first, RainWallpaper has only a few animated images on offer, but you can explore an online gallery, on the same interface, in a separate section. All wallpapers are retrieved from DeviantArt. The software lets you browse through them without any restrictions. Each image has its own page, with a short description, details about the author, as well as links to other works.
