Well, because now we ALL wanted to grow our passive investments and I wasn’t comfortable putting our family’s future in the hands of another syndicator. WHAT TAX DOCUMENTS SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE? As an owner of the LLC that owns the property, you will receive K-1s each year which will reflect your income or loss for the year. Our goal is to deliver K-1s on, or before, the deadline of 3/15. HOW DOES INVESTOR REPORTING WORK? 2 ways- Investor portal and monthly emails. You will have access to your investor portal where you can review your investment details and relevant documents at any time. Freed by Real Estate offers both funds and project specific syndications. When you invest, we will tell you the asset type and the investment type to ensure you are well informed about the investment you are making.
