* Cruise must be booked September 15 – November 30, 2022 (the “Offer Period”)
and applies to sailings 3-nights and longer departing September 17, 2022 - April
27, 2024, excluding Galapagos and Cruisetours (the “Offer Cruise”). Promo code
not required.

Full deposit must be paid by deposit payment required due date. Standard full
deposit penalty is applied if booking is cancelled within final payment period;
see CEL’s cancellation policy for details. Non-Refundable Deposit: To qualify
for the lowest available cruise fare, guest must choose a non-refundable
deposit. Non-refundable deposit bookings (“NRDB”) cancelled prior to final
payment due date will receive a future cruise credit (“FCC”) in the amount of
the deposit minus a $100 per person service fee. This FCC is non-transferable
and expires 12-months from the issue date. In addition to canceled NRDB, $100
per person service fee also applies to changes to NRDB ship or sail date. NRDB
are applicable to groups at prevailing rates. Not applicable to incentive,
contract, or charter groups. Nonrefundable deposit offers are applicable to
sailings within final payment, however full deposit is due at time of booking.

BOGO Up to 60% Off 2nd Guest Offer are for Refundable fares only.  Applies to

cruise fare on the 2nd guest only in the same stateroom as the first full fare

Cancellation of Air Tickets: Air tickets may be purchased on a non-refundable or
refundable basis and are each subject to the cancellation terms of the
applicable airlines. If a non-refundable air ticket is cancelled, the amount of
the Air Credit will be deducted from the balance remaining after the cruise
cancellation penalty (if any) has been deducted from deposits or payments
received by Celebrity for the cruise (the “Offer Credit Recapture”). If air
tickets are purchased on a refundable basis, the Offer Credit Recapture does not
apply.

Airfare Offer: Applies to new, individual bookings made during the Offer Period
Offer and provides up to $300 AUD off market airfare rates per person, on
flights from selected Australia and New Zealand gateways purchased on Flights by
Celebrity only (“Air Credit”). Air Credit is per person and varies by cruise
length.

†Local OBC Offer: - * Cruise must be booked September 15 – November 30, 2022
(the “Offer Period”) and applies to Australia and New Zealand 3-nights and
longer departing October 22, 2022 – April 06, 2023 onboard Celebrity Eclipse and
December 09, 2023 – April 05 2024 on Celebrity Edge.  Promo code not required.
Cruise onboard credit (“OBC”) amounts are per person, and vary by sailing length
and departure date: 3 to 5 Nights $50 OBC pp; 6 to 9 Nights $100 OBC pp; 10
Nights and longer $200 OBC pp.  Guest’s onboard account will be credited with an
OBC. OBC has no cash value, is applicable to cruise only, non-transferable, not
redeemable for cash, and will expire if not used by 10:00 PM on the final night
of the cruise.

No Perk Rate:  Cruise fare amounts are per person and vary by sailing length. No
Perk Rate is combinable with BOGO up to 60% Off 2nd Guest Offer for Refundable
fares or BOGO up to 75% Off 2nd Guest Offer for Non-Refundable fares. No Perk
Rate is applicable to all guests in the same stateroom in inside, ocean view,
veranda, and Concierge staterooms and will be automatically applied at checkout.
No Perk Rate is not combinable with All Included and excludes Aqua and Retreat
staterooms. No Perk Rate is available for refundable and non-refundable
bookings. All guests in the same stateroom must choose the same rate. All other
charges are additional and apply to all guests.

All Included: All Included applies to inside, ocean view, veranda, or Concierge
Class stateroom who book with the All Included Rate (“Eligible Bookings”). All
guests in an Eligible Booking will receive a Classic Drink Package, service
charges Included, and an unlimited Basic Wi-Fi Package. All guests in an
AquaClass® stateroom will receive a Classic Drink Package, service charges
Included and an unlimited Basic Wi-Fi Package. All guests in The Retreat will
receive a Premium Drink Package, service charges Included, OBC and an unlimited
Premium Wi-Fi Package. OBC amount varies by length of sailing and will be
credited to guests’ stateroom folios. OBC has no cash value, is applicable to
cruise only, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and will expire if not
used by 10:00 PM on the final night of the cruise. Guests with Wi-Fi Packages
will receive instructions for Wi-Fi access in their staterooms on the first day
of the cruise. All guests in the same stateroom must choose the same rate.

Combinability: BOGO Up to 60% Off 2nd Guest Offer for Refundable fares, BOGO Up
to 75% Off 2nd Guest Offer for Non-refundable fares are combinable with All
Included or No Perk Rate, and Brand Offers that are named during the Offer
Period. Offers are not combinable with Travel Agent, Interline, Net, Employee
Cruise Rates, Cruise Certificates, or worker cabins. After the Offer Period, the
Offer will be removed from the booking if the guest cancels and reinstates the
booking, applies a fare change, or changes the ship or sail date of the booking;
certain other changes to the booking may also result in removal of the Offer.
Individual reservations can be transferred into an existing group, assuming
required criteria are met. Single occupancy guests paying 200% cruise fare are
eligible for Offer.

Offer is capacity controlled; availability varies by sailing, and eligible
staterooms may sell out. All offers are non-transferable and applicable only to
the Offer Cruise. Changes to booking may result in removal of Offer. Prices and
Offers are subject to availability and change without notice, capacity
controlled, may be withdrawn at any time, and not applicable to charters or
