BROADBAND - GENERAL

*Monthly price will increase each April by the Consumer Price Index rate of
inflation published in January that year, plus an additional 3.9%.

24-month contract. Subject to credit check, acceptance and
availability. Installation fee may apply.  Please note – your monthly price will
increase after 24 months, when your in-contract discount expires, see

Line rental: Line rental is not required with our Broadband and Home Phone
services.

Vodafone Essentials Broadband Offer: Vodafone Fibre 1 Essentials plan. 12-month
contract. Subject to credit check, eligibility checks, acceptance and

Payment: Payment is by Direct Debit. Please note that VAT is included in the
advertised prices and charges where required and is applied at the UK standard

Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub: We’ll provide a Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub to any new customers who

Vodafone Broadband app: Compatible Android/iOS device is required for full
functionality.

Downloading third party content: A copyright owner's permission may be required
for downloading protected content. Downloading protected content without the
copyright owner's consent may constitute a criminal offence. Please see
the Vodafone Broadband Acceptable Use Policy for more details.

Parental controls: Parental controls are currently available to all Vodafone
Broadband and Home Phone customers. Parental Controls will be automatically set
to off as default.

Switching: Unfortunately Virgin customers may need to contact their current
provider directly in order to switch.

VODAFONE PRO BROADBAND

Vodafone Broadband Backup: Your broadband back-up dongle is intended to give you
a connection to our 4G network, when there is a total loss of service on your
fixed line broadband. You will receive 50GB of data with your 4G dongle. If you
run out of data, please contact our WiFi Xperts, who may add extra data as
needed at no additional cost. In order to use the 4G dongle as intended, you
should ensure it is plugged into your Vodafone Pro Broadband router. The 4G
dongle is not a direct replacement for your fixed line broadband. As the 4G
dongle connects to our mobile network, the service, speed and consistency of
your connection may vary due to a number of factors, including location,
coverage and demand. You must only use your dongle when you have a fault with
your fixed line broadband and you must not roam with your dongle. Your use of
the dongle is subject to our Vodafone Fibre Broadband/ Vodafone Fibre to the
Home Broadband (as applicable) terms and conditions and the applicable terms and
conditions relating to our mobile broadband products, each of which can be found
at: vodafone.co.uk/terms-and-conditions.

Vodafone Super WiFi: One WiFi Booster is supplied as standard with your Vodafone
router. Up to three WiFi Boosters can be provided at no additional cost if you
do not receive WiFi signal and throughput speeds of at least 10 Mbps in each
room of your home. Right to leave with no early termination fee if you do not
get WiFi signal and throughput speeds of at least 10 Mbps in each room of your
home, after installing all three WiFi Boosters and contacting us to try to
resolve. To exercise right to leave, you must notify us within 30 days of
receipt of your third WiFi Booster. Full terms:

Vodafone WiFi Xperts: Our WiFi Xperts, Vodafone’s dedicated home broadband
service team, are available over the phone 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday (and
public holidays) to assist with any technical problems you have with your
broadband. The WiFi Xperts will try to resolve any technical issues you have
with your broadband but they may not be able to do so in all cases. Our WiFi
Xperts will not visit you at your home and will only try to resolve issues
remotely, but they can arrange for an engineer to visit your home if needed.

Apple TV 4K on us: You will receive your Apple TV 4K device at the same time as
receiving your Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub. Not all content is available in 4K. 4K
resolution requires 4K-capable TV. Accessing Dolby Atmos features requires Dolby
Atmos–capable devices. Ownership of the Apple 4K TV equipment is yours 14 days
after activation of your Xtra Home Broadband service.

*Apple TV+: Limited time offer. Subscription for 3 months included with Apple TV
4K. Offer only available to new Apple TV+ subscribers. Offer is not available to
customers that have had an Apple TV+ subscription previously, whether through
Vodafone or otherwise. To benefit from your inclusive 3-month Apple TV+
subscription, you must activate Apple TV+ within 3 months of receiving your
device. One subscription per 'Family Sharing' group (up to six family members).
After 3 months, your Apple TV+ subscription will automatically renew unless you

Anytime Landline and Mobile calls: Applies to the first 60 minutes of UK
landlines (numbers beginning 01, 02, 03) and UK mobile numbers (numbers
beginning with 07) which you dial directly. Inclusive calls are to UK mobiles
only (this does not include other numbers that begin with 07 such as WiFi
services etc.). If you wish to avoid additional call charges you should re-dial
before 60 minutes have passed. Standard call charges apply if you exceed the

HOME PHONE

Call costs and subscription features: Details of our call costs (including a
complete list of all our premium rate and international call costs and charges)
are set out in our Vodafone Broadband and Home Phone Price Plan. The costs of
any features or feature bundles which include a monthly subscription charge are
also included in this Price Plan. Please note that any features or feature
bundles must be retained for a minimum of 30 days.

Evening and weekend calls: You may purchase extra call bundles allowing calls to
certain numbers at particular times of the day. This is how we define these
times:

‘Daytime’ is 7am to 7pm, Monday-Friday

‘Evening’ is 7pm to 7am, Monday to Friday

'Weekend’ is all day Saturday and Sunday (midnight Friday to midnight Sunday).
Please note that bank holidays are treated as normal weekends.

Anytime calls: Can be made during daytime, evening and weekend periods. Max call
duration is 60 minutes – standard call charges will apply after 60 minutes.

Number Transfer: Our ability to transfer your number is subject to availability.

FULL FIBRE BROADBAND PROMOTION (GWP) TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promoter

1. The promoter is Vodafone Limited, Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury,
Berkshire RG14 2FN (the “Promoter”).

2. Get one (1) promotion code per customer to receive either a Ring Stick up Cam
Battery (3rd Gen) or a Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Gen) when you purchase one of
our Broadband plans  (“Qualifying Plan”) directly from the Promoter. The
purchase can be made online from www.vodafone.co.uk/broadband, in-store, via the
telephone, Web Chat or other means.

3. Plans purchased through our partners and other affiliate sites are excluded
from this promotion.

4. The Qualifying Plan you purchase will be subject to a 24-month minimum
contract plan.

5. The price for the purchase of a Qualifying Plan includes the Offer and no
additional payment is required subject to the payment of applicable postage and
packaging charges referred to in section 24 below.

Offer Period

6. You will need to complete your purchase between 00:01 on 6 January until
23:59 m on 26 January 2023 (the “Offer Period”).

Eligibility

7. To be eligible for the Offer you must:

a) be at least 18 years old with a UK bank account;

b) purchase one of the Qualifying Plans within the Offer Period;

c) have an existing Vodafone pay monthly mobile plan, SIM only airtime plan or
SIM only data plan (“PAYM Plan”);

d) be resident and responsible for paying the bills at the address where the
Qualifying Plan will be installed; and

e) remain a Qualifying Plan customer for at least 14 days after you have
purchased your Qualifying Plan.

8. The Offer is only available to new Vodafone home broadband customers that
fulfil the Eligibility Criteria set out in 6 above. Customers upgrading an
existing Vodafone Home Broadband plan are not eligible for this Offer.

9. If you purchase a Qualifying Plan online, the purchase should be completed in
one session to ensure the sale is tracked correctly. If before completing your
transaction you click through to Vodafone from an affiliate site or navigate
away from the Vodafone site, the sale may not track correctly, and you will not
qualify for the Offer. Further, If you use adblocking software, a VPN, or have
cookies disabled on your device the sale may not track correctly and you will
not qualify for the Offer.

How and when to receive the Offer

10. In order to redeem the Offer, you must provide a valid email address when
purchasing a Qualifying Plan.

11. It may take up to 28 days from the date of activation of a Qualifying Plan
for you to be verified as eligible for the Offer. The Promoter will only
consider queries about eligibility for the Offer once this 28-day period has
passed.

12. When the Promoter has verified your eligibility for the Offer, the Promoter
will send an email to the email address provided by you at the time of purchase
with details of how to redeem the Offer and receive your promotional code.

13. Your promotional code can only be redeemed on amazon.co.uk and you have
until 31 May 2023 to redeem the Offer.

General

 1.  These terms are specific to the Offer and are in addition to the standard
     terms of service for the Qualifying Plan. The applicable standard terms can

 2.  The Promoter reserves the right to charge you the value of the promotional
     code if it is redeemed and you thereafter cancel your Vodafone Home
     Broadband plan within the 14-day cooling off period for your Qualifying
     Plan, as described in Vodafone’s terms and conditions and return’s policy,
     available at Vodafone.co.uk/terms

 3.  The Offer is subject to availability. The Promoter may substitute the Offer
     with another offer of similar value in the event that the Offer is not
     available due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

 4.  Any decisions made by the Promoter over eligibility or otherwise in
     relation to the Offer are final, will not be open to dispute and no
     correspondence will be entered into.

 5.  Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors
     will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any
     person or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or
     death occurring in relation to the Offer except where it is caused by the
     negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors of that of their
