UPDATES


NOTIFICATION IMPROVEMENTS:

 * Reduced the delay in receiving notifications for incoming SMS messages from
   approx. 5 min to only a few seconds.
 * Incoming pop-up notifications can now be clicked on directly to navigate to
   the message source.
 * Read notifications can now be marked as unread by clicking "Mark Unread". 






 * The notifications tray has been improved.
 * Notifications that have been marked as read will now remain in the tray
   unless dismissed.









 * The notifications bell icon now displays an indicator if unread notifications
   are present in the notifications tray.


 * Once all notifications have been marked as read, the "Mark All Read" button
   will change to "Dismiss All" allowing all messages to be easily dismissed.
 * A "mute" button has been added. This icon will mute the "ding" sound effect
   when receiving messages as well as disable the pop-up notifications.







SERVICE HISTORY UPDATE:

 * RO # has been added as a line for each entry under the Service History Tab.

TOYOTA CARE PROGRESS

A new tracker for Toyota Care within the Service History tab has been added.
Users will be able to quickly verify which TC Services have been completed and
which interval is coming up next.

OPPORTUNITIES UPDATE

A new feature set has been added to the Opportunities page. This update will
allow all users to see who else is viewing a customer page and when a fellow
employee begins to message a customer.

ADDING INSTANT CUSTOMERS

A new feature has been added to allow customers to be added to the communicator
instantly so they can be communicated to before their first service or vehicle
purchase.

The only required fields that need to be entered are: First Name, Last Name, and
Cell Phone #. Home Phone, Email Address, VIN, and Advisor are additional
optional fields that can be filled out.

Below is a quick video demonstrating the feature.

OPPORTUNITIES UPDATE

Update to Opportunities

We have pushed a update to resolve the following issues affecting opportunities:

 * The customer information is now be visible.
 * Filter by Campaign ID has been updated.
 * Filter by Unassigned has been updated.
 * Assigned To has been updated.



If Opportunities are not appearing in the communicator, we recommend checking
the filtering options. All new Opportunities that have not been assigned will be
in the Unassigned bucket.



We will be making additional updates to default vehicle selection in the
communicator to default to the specific vehicle attached to the Opportunity and
will announce when it is released.
