Guests must be 18 years or older to check-in. The Hotel reserves the right to
request for photo identification. Guests under the age of 18 years must be
accompanied by an adult for the duration of stay.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME

Official check-in time is from 3:00pm and check-out time by 12:00pm, unless
otherwise stated. Early arrival and late check-out is not guaranteed and subject
to availability.

CHECK-IN VERIFICATION

All guests must be registered. Valid photo identification is required at
check-in. Some rates may also require company identification for verification.

EXTRA BEDDING

An extra bed for a third occupant is chargeable at S$100.00++ per night. Extra
beds for children up to 12 years is complimentary.

Extra bedding is not available for the following room categories: Executive
Deluxe Room, Grand Deluxe Double & Lady Astor Double.

LEGAL DRINKING AGE

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older with valid

stay in an Executive Deluxe Room. A maximum of four guests is permitted to stay
in all other room categories. The Hotel reserves the right to vacate from Hotel
premises, non-registered guest(s) and/or any additional guest(s) exceeding the
maximum occupancy allowed for that room type.

VISITORS POLICY

In the interest of the well-being and security of all guests, all visitors are

     2. No recognition of platinum status
     3. Baby cot is not sent despite numerous request (before stays and during
     stays)
     4. Inconsistencies in platinum benefit (noticed several people with same
     status given different benefit)
     5. Disappointed that nothing is offered as I mentioned several times
     (before and during stays) that this stays is to celebrate my baby 6 month
     birth.
     7. Butler service is slow. My requested coffee arrived only after 45 min

     Food - Breakfast selection and quality was great
     Room - Luxurious feel to the room
     Service - Lacking
     Make sure you to take a photo of your in room food items as I was emailed
     after check out that my room had missing items. Unusual since they told me
     that the room was 'inspected' at check-in. Also, at check-in was told free
     drinks at the Astor Bar until 6pm and then only after my drink was made was
     told that my drink didn't qualify. Responded to their Front Office
     Executive email and received no response. Hopefully I wont be charged on
