The Hamilton Special Developmental School has been doing Taekwondo classes for
the last 3 months and Muhktar has been getting some amazing results with our
children. Muhktar provides a high energy and very structured program for our
children with special needs. My staff are constantly amazed at what Muhktar can
get some of our children with autism to do. The program has been a wonderful
success and our children eagerly look forward to their session each Friday.

The 4 year old children at North Hamilton Kinder have had 3 sessions of
Taekwondo with Muhktar this year and they have thoroughly enjoyed them. Palace
martial arts teaches self control and respect which are so necessary for young
people today and I feel as a Kindergarten teacher that we should encourage any
teaching on these topics. It is particularly relevant as the children prepare to
enter school where concentration and focus are so critical to success. I highly
recommend Taekwondo sessions with Muhktar and Palace Martial Arts as a
worthwhile pursuit for children and young people.

Having supervised students when Muhktar was conducting classes with Middle
School students during their cadet program, I found that he always had a happy,
enthusiastic demeanour, spoke to the students politely and expected that in
return. Muhktar was able to motivate the students to participate
enthusiastically and the students appeared to really enjoy their experience with
him, even students who usually find physical activities difficult. Muhktar was
gentle and supportive of all the students, complimenting them on their
performance and making them all feel included and able to participate.

kids and parents and encouraging them to be their best. Cody especially has
grown in his confidence over the last 4 months – he would never have been
