Emerald Estate Properties is an online rental platform that allows tenants to
reserve properties instantly and securely without the need to see them in
person.

All our properties are for medium and long term rentals.


Our “home checkers” or specialized inspectors visit the properties, take photos
and other details*. These are uploaded to the platform, approved and then
published, so that tenants around the world can search and book instantly.


Due to COVID-19 some of the properties listed have not been reviewed, however we
offer a guarantee that covers all of our properties.

On our website, we offer rooms, studios, apartments and student accommodation;
Just search using the map or use the filters to find properties by move-in date,
price, property type and more.


New properties are added to our website daily so check back regularly or better
yet set up an email alert so you never miss out on anything new.


Once you've found a property you like, simply submit your request along with a
few details about yourself. This request is passed to the owner, who will accept
or reject your request within 24 business hours.
