Warranty period of the laptop


Hi, where can I check the warranty period for the Razer Blade 18 laptop? The
laptop was purchased in Poland in the x-kom store. The information on the
website shows that the product is covered by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty,
i.e. Razer. I would like to verify whether Razer actually offers a 24-month
warranty for this product.

Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro scroll wheel issues


My Razer DeatherAdder scroll wheel does not consistently work when scrolling up
or down. When scrolling it bounces around and may go down when scrolling up and
vice versa. It has been doing this for awhile and I have been dealing with it,
but thought I would reach out to see if there was a fix. I performed all the
tests, firmware, testing on another computer, using compressed air, etc… My
device should still be under warranty and I do have a video available showcasing
the issue (which I am sure Razer is aware of already..) Thanks!

Plugged in, Not Charging


Hi there, The problem I'm having right now is that the computer won't charge.
However, the LED indicator on the power supply is on. In other words, when the
battery runs out, I can no longer turn on the computer and use it. It is because
when I connect the power supply to the computer, there is no response at all. I
heard someone said maybe the software(Windows 11) problems ! I have tried to
delete and reinstall the batteries driver from the windows 11 system device, but
it still can't solve the problem. What should I do? Attached is my laptop
information. Microsoft Windows 11 Home version(10.0.22621 Build 22621) Razer

Hi erveryone, I recently reconnected my Razer tartarus chroma to my PC, but I
can’t find it in the devices tab.. When I try to open studio it says no
connected devices. Keypad works perfact. All LED’s and button work, just not
able to change the colors

Razer v2 pro hinge BROKEN! Any solutions?


I’ve had my Razer black shark v2 pro headset about 10 months ago now and today
the right hinge just broke while I was getting it off my head, It has never been
damaged or dropped it or anything and I allways treated this headset with extra
care because of how much i adored them. Is there a fix for this or a way to buy
another hinge to put on? I’ve noticed a few people with similar issues but found
no resolutions to it or a response from razer.

Mouse clicks don't work after sleep mode.


My Razer Basilisk X hyperspeed isn't registering clicks after sleep mode, and
it's affecting other perfectly working mice when they're plugged in. I have to
unplug and replug my Razer Basilisk X hyperspeed dongle for it to work. The
firmware is up to date, the battery is brand new, and I tried different USB
ports.Any help would be appreciated.

How do I get a RMA Number?


I bought a Razer Naga V2 a while back from the online Razer store. It is not
working. Still under warranty. How do I get a RMA number so I can return it?
Your website says the below but there no link on the
support.razer.com/contact-us/ to get the RMA number. Frustrating to say the
least. Please help! thanks If you are unable to return the Product to the Razer
reseller for whatever reason, or if you have purchased the Product directly from
Razer at www.razer.com, then please follow the steps below: Go to
support.razer.com/contact-us/ to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
Number ("RMA Number") and Razer support address. Note the RMA Number in a
visible place on the outside of the package. Enclose a Valid Proof of Purchase
and the reason for the return inside the package. Please visit
www.razer.com/warranty for examples of a Valid Proof of Purchase. Send the
Product with RMA Number and Valid Proof of Purchase to the Razer support address
provided by Razer customer support.

How to control Firefly v2 Pro brightness using "Command Dial" knob on Blackwidow
v4 Pro ?


Devices: Firefly v2 Pro Blackwidow v4 Pro I can configure the command dial knob
on the keyboard to change the keyboard brightness. How can you use the knob to
change the brightness on the Mousepad, or alternately change brightness on both
Keyboard and the Mousepad ? Synapse see both devices, and the RGB syncs between
them. There has to be a way to change brightness on both ? Thank you.
