We have always been very pleased with their service. The staff is very helpful
either in person or on the phone. I recently lost my husband and needed help
help making a few changes to my accounts. They were very professional and able
to assist me during this difficult time. Vision will always be the bank for me!

I dropped my big bank of 30 years for Vision Bank. I call and you talk with a
human. I walk in the bank, and they ask if you need any assistance. I make a
mistake and they are there to make it as right as possible. They answer emails,
return calls and this is what a bank should be in my humble opinion. They do
everything the big banks do!

Anytime I have ever needed help with a card problem, or my account they help me
anyway they can. I've never had a bad experience being with this bank, and they
always make sure that my account is safe. Best bank I have ever been with
definitely recommend if your a first timer looking for a bank to start at, or
need a new bank to go to!

The staff at Vision Bank is wonderful! I have other banks I use, but I opened an
account at Vision and it has been the absolute best experience. They resolve any
issue quickly, and they are all so kind and helpful!

This means you are respected and care for as if you are family. I moved here

to a local bank where "everyone knows your name". When Vision opened, I knew it

I needed to access my Safety Deposit box yesterday. I called & Trudy Eldred met
me at door, helped me with the heavy box. I put my items in & she locked it. I
was breathing heavy because of mask & back pain. She sat me in chair, brought me
bank withdrawal paper, I signed & she brought me my cash. Everyone at this bank
are just as helpful.

Worked with Heath on a commercial loan and He exceeded expectations! I needed to
close by end of year and from start to finish with this loan it took 20 days to
close… He’s a Rockstar! I couldn’t be more happy with the service they provided
