Cooper Rivers was the gentleman I had the pleasure of working with when I went
to turn in my lease vehicle and get a new one. He is a credit to the dealership.
He was knowledgeable , easy to work with and was able to get me into a vehicle I
absolutely love! I presented him with a few challenges but he rose to each one
and went above and beyond to assure I was totally satisfied with my choice.

Had my oil change and state inspection done. The service advisor was friendly
and customer orientated., made me feel like I was special. They offer a hand
wash and vacuum at no charge for car which in the past I had them do but I had
other appointments so I couldn’t wait for that service. Banks is my number 1

Troy our salesman was wonderful. Very attentive to our needs and desires. He
walked us through several options, giving us time to talk and choose what was
most important to us. When the time came to take our new truck home. Troy was
thorough in walking us through all the features and functions available to us.
All this to say I would seek him out if I should be in the market again and
recommend him to anyone inquiring about a new or used vehicle purchase.

I always have a great experience at Banks in Concord. The staff are professional
and friendly. I like how the dealership offers a free multipoint inspection with
every service. It helps keep me on track for how my car is performing. Thats why

Always a great experience at Banks I did not buy this vehicle at Banks. It was
actually a dealer in Manchester and I only got the first oil change. The truck
Is now five years old and Banks has done every other service since then for me
from the guy. Who greets you when you pull in and takes down your mileage to the
guy behind the cervix desk to the cashier when you check out everybody is always
friendly. Awesome on the ball and willing to answer any or all questions. always
a great experience at Banks thanks

Have never had a bad experience with Banks. Have purchased several vehicles from
Banks over the years and have always felt like i walked away with the best deal.
They are not pushy and their sales and finance employees are knowledgeable and
very helpful. I travel for several miles to do business with Banks even though i
am very close to 2 Chevrolet dealers.

Upon entering this dealership we immediately felt welcomed and listed to! This
dealership clearly takes pride in the vehicles they sell which are pristine! The
inventory is never ending and constantly changing so you can be sure if you
don’t find what you want today it will be there the next! We were offered top
dollar for our trade in which was very much appreciated!!! We were able to work
with our salesman Alex on the price and options were presented. All of the items
on our wish List were met and then some! Since I’ve bought my Chevy Canyon I
have not been sorry! After purchasing the vehicle, our salesman Alex has been
readily available to answer a multitude of my questions. Heather in finance was
great too! She offered lots of financing options for us to choose from. She took
the time to get us the best rate possible and didn’t push on unnecessary
options!! She was also very quick and accurate so we weren’t there camping out
all day! I highly recommend checking this dealership out! They’re reasonable,
friendly and have ALOT of choices, AND there’s even a nice cafe in the
dealership too! I will go back when I’m ready to get another vehicle! Keep on
Trucking!!

I've been a Banks Autos customer for more than a decade and a half. Just picked
up a '24 Tahoe. My salesman, Andy, was very helpful in making sure that my new
Tahoe had the features that would be most helpful with our principal use --
towing a travel trailer -- as well for every day driving enjoyment. He kept
track of our order as it made its way through the GM system ... and made
arrangements for our picking up the new Tahoe and understanding (and helping to
set up) its many features that will assist when trailering as well as for
everyday driving. If you're not already working with a Banks salesperson, I
highly recommend asking for Andy.

My last 2 cars were from banks and my finance also got his truck from banks,
each time we’ve had a great experience. I’ve worked with Mike in the past, but
he was on vacation so he set us up with Tim. Tim was amazing, you could tell he
genuinely cared to help us with our car. I would recommend him to anyone.
Brennon who was dealing with the finance end was also great and extremely
helpful, and again you could tell he truly cares with getting us a deal. Thank
