After a service line break leading to our septic, we had a lingering smell in

Water & Fire. Ryan Majewski arrived at my home and immediately assessed the
situation and got to work helping me call my insurance company to file a claim.
He talked me through next steps, and confirmed that a crew would arrive the next
morning to begin the work. We had significant damage to a few rooms in our
basement but the crew worked quickly to begin fixing the problem. Louis and his
team were kind, respectful and helpful. I cannot thank Ryan, Louis and team
enough for all of there help. During an extremely stressful time, they assured
me it would all get fixed and showed kindness through it all. Thank you!
