   Simply the best BBQ I have had anywhere. Their meats are all amazing. Their
   sides are all amazing as well. While they are an award winning restaurant for
   their food and I would be a regular customer anyway, what really sets them

   One time I came into the Silo and it was quite busy. An elderly lady who was
   lost came in looking for help. The owner stepped away from the pit, past the
   counter and helped her figure out how to get to her destination. I will not

   Have heard great things about this place from work friends for several
   months. My mid-day meeting got cancelled, so I decided to try this place.
   Making this15min drive from Brownsburg was the best decision all day! You

   spare ribs. Knowing that men like to gnaw meat off of bone, the lady at the
   counter helped my decision making by informing me that spare ribs had more
   cartilage.
   I got a full rack of spare ribs, a half chicken with collard greens and some
   kind of zucchini/tomato thingy. I generally hate collard greens and zucchini
   just doesn't sound good. *WRONG!!* for Rusted Silo. Both were amazing and I
   even drank the juice at the bottom of the container. I've not done that for
   anything since I was in elementary school!
   Both the half chicken and spare ribs were amazingly tasty. There is some kind
   of hint of black pepper in the ribs that definitely added flavor without a
   hot/spicy kick that would cause me to not feed it to my toddler. The chicken
   was hot(temperature) yet still had that very slight hint of pinkness that
   screams "I'm tender, tasty, and safe".
   I devoured as much as I could and the family happily consumed the rest. This
   place is so awesome that I'm trying to reschedule some meetings next week so
   I have time to have lunch here again!

   we got, but I think the complaining about giving us paper plates and
