"We have been having a great experience with Sunsational. First they worked hard
to get us matched. Then out first instructor was not working out and the
customer service was excellent when I expressed that we were unhappy. They
matched us with a new instructor and we love her. Melinda has been so wonderful!
Our son was comfortable in the water but wasn't really swimming. After only a
few lessons he is actually swimming and building skills. Our daughter, who is
2.5, is usually nervous around new people but she went right to Ms. Melinda and
is so excited to swim with her every week. She is kind, patient and such a

We had James for swimming lessons, and I cannot say enough good things about
him. He was prompt every single day for our 4 weeks of lessons, absolutely
engaged during the lesson, and knew how to manage the different personalities of
children. One of our son's classmates took right after our son's lesson ended
each day, and she has a very different learning style from our son, and James
catered to both incredibly well. If you choose to take lessons from Sunsational,
request James. We had a NOT great experience with an instructor before this, and
having James was a 180 in every way. Our kids STILL ask about James and when
they'll get to go swimming with him again.

While we initially had issues with finding an instructor that was a good fit for
our toddler, we did eventually find one. Sunsational was very helpful and worked
with us to find a the right instructor. Abbie has been amazing. Our son really
enjoys his lessons with her and has made great improvements. He is 16 months old
and is kicking, going under water, and loving the water. Abbie is so kind and
easy going. She doesn't force our son to do anything that makes him
uncomfortable. She has been very flexible with scheduling and making changes.
Even during our lessons if T is getting fussy, she understands and we end the
lesson a few minutes or so early. I highly recommend this company for swim

Abbie was absolutely amazing. Beyond my expectations. Before we started working
together, I could barely make it halfway down the pool. Now I can swim the
entire length. As an adult, learning to swim can bring a lot of anxieties, but
Abbie was patient and her experience and expertise made learning to swim fun and

Sunsational matched my four boys with James, one of the most fantastic swim
instructors they've had! He's always encouraging, both to support my youngest's
introduction to the water, and to push my older boys to try harder and swim
faster. My oldest three are on the local swim team now and consistently snag
first or second finishes, and I attribute that to James' teaching style -- he
gently recommended that I put all three boys in the pool with him, and he was
right because they worked harder together than alone. Thank you James!
