I will be practicing entirely EMDR online. One exception, if coming from out of
state, we can discuss in person intensive work.


ABOUT

EMDR is the way to go if you want lasting healing from trauma, an accelerated
experience, and an upgrade in your confidence and well-being. I'm here to
collaborate and provide guidance through a process of change unlike any other.
EMDR is currently offered in two different ways. Adjunct EMDR is provided along
side therapy that is occurring with another therapist. It is clearly focused and
intended to enhance effectiveness of work with your therapist. Intensive EMDR is
an individualized plan, generally speaking, several hours of EMDR in a very
short period of time.
Your experience is what matters here. Intention is to focus on what is good and
strong in your experience. The question is how to enhance these things! Yes,
there are things most of us need to improve (anxiety, imposter syndrome, low
self esteem), but it starts with what makes you who you are! The work starts
here so you can move forward!
