ORDER STATUS/TRACKING DETAILS?

From the date of filling the address form, the kits will be shipped within 3
weeks. If you haven’t received your kit by then, please feel free to write to
nokiahelpdesk@companystore.io.

Please note you will be notified via an automated email with the tracking
details once your order is dispatched from the warehouse. The courier partners
will be one of the 3 below:

 1. Bluedart
 2. DTDC
 3. IndiaPost


WANT TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?

The 'Nokia New Hire Kit' is being shipped to the address provided by you in the
address form. Unfortunately, we will not be able to update/change the address.

Please note you will be notified via email along with the tracking details once
your order is dispatched from our end. The courier service will attempt the
delivery to your location only 3 times, please do not refuse the delivery (as we
will not be able to reship the order) and ensure it is received by your family
member/neighbour, if you are not available, so you can collect it later.

eligible for replacement.
