This is an excellent product. We been looking for something similar for a long
time. It gives you all the options you want to create you own Asset Tracking
System. My only concern is that because it is free to use, it seems too good to
be true.

This program is saving me TONS of time. It is nice that once you enter an asset,
the program keeps the information so you can simply add another like item. There
is no need to keep changing all of the information. NICE!!!

I'm absolutely loving the AssetTiger asset tracking software. I found this
purely by google search and reading reviews. I love the fact that we can add
employees and assign tools & equipment to them. We have a check in- check out
process now. We are also using this to manage our vehicle fleet. I can track all
the repairs to the vehicles and the tools that are located within each vehicle.
Each vehicle is set as a location for that purpose along with having the garage
and office set up as locations. ... We are also able to add as many users as we
like with specific rules for each. Who could ask for anything more AND IT'S
FREE! (we don't use the tags at this time) All I can say is it's a complete
asset tracker and is great for the items that technically don't belong
individualized in your accounting software. It's everything I needed and more.
Those 4 spreadsheets are gone and we haven't looked back. Thank you so much!

The City needed a way to track assets and manage equipment such as phones,
tablets, public safety issues, etc. Once introduced to the product, each
department has expanded its use and has easily adapted the software for their
use. Our Technology group has been using your tags for quite some time, but we
have put in our first order for other departments. Super easy and versitile
database. We are using the check-in/out and move to track activity. It is really
awesome!

We are a startup with a tight budget. After days of digging through the
internet, comparing different asset management systems, Asset Tiger came out by
far and away the best for value and ease of use. The platform is very easy to
setup and the UI is very straigtforward and user-friendly. We love the fact that
it has the flexibility to be a very simple system or a very comprehensive one.
Kudos to the team behind this great platform. We will definitely subscribe once

After spending HOURS to find an easy-to-use software for small and middle sized
companies, I finally found this wonderful solution. Perfect solution when Excel
lists aren't enough anymore but you don't want to spend a fortune on a bloated
software with features you never need. Can also be used by privates - you can
lend stuff, track warranties and vendors etc. Thanks guys, keep up the good
work!

The City needed a way to track assets and manage equipment such as phones,
tablets, public safety issues, etc. Once introduced to the product, each
department has expanded its use and has easily adapted the software for their
use. Our Technology group has been using your tags for quite some time, but we
have put in our first order for other departments. Super easy and versitile
database. We are using the check-in/out and move to track activity. It is really

We are a startup with a tight budget. After days of digging through the
internet, comparing different asset management systems, Asset Tiger came out by
far and away the best for value and ease of use. The platform is very easy to
setup and the UI is very straigtforward and user-friendly. We love the fact that
it has the flexibility to be a very simple system or a very comprehensive one.

After spending HOURS to find an easy-to-use software for small and middle sized
companies, I finally found this wonderful solution. Perfect solution when Excel
lists aren't enough anymore but you don't want to spend a fortune on a bloated
software with features you never need. Can also be used by privates - you can

Why offer AssetTiger for free?
We developed AssetTiger after so many of our customers complained that their
budget was exhausted by having to pay over $3,000 for asset tracking software.

HOW MANY USERS CAN ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?
There's no limit. Unlike many other asset tracking services, AssetTiger doesn't
limit the number of people who can use your account. We also don't limit the
number of concurrent users.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF REPORTS I CAN GENERATE?
No, you can run all of our reports as frequently as you like, along with any
other custom reports you want to generate.
CAN I USE ASSETTIGER TO AUDIT MY ASSETS?
Absolutely. We built in a function that's perfect for auditing your assets.
CAN I USE ASSETTIGER OFFLINE?
AssetTiger's cloud technology relies on an internet connection. But, you can
still compile a list of your assets in an XLS file and upload that file to
AssetTiger when you're connected to the internet.
WHAT ARE THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS FOR ASSETTIGER?
Any computer or tablet that can connect to the internet is compatible with the
program. Similarly, Android and Apple smartphones run the application without

HOW SECURE IS ASSETTIGER?
Our servers are protected behind a firewall. The personal information you
provide us is stored on access-controlled, secure servers, and the people who
work on AssetTiger data are all trained in how to keep your information secure.

applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

1. You must provide your company’s name, a valid email address, and your
name in order to complete the signup process.
2. You must be human. Accounts registered by automated methods, such as by
"bot," are not allowed.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and
password. The Company cannot and will not be responsible for any damage
or loss resulting from your failure to secure your account or password.
If you suspect that your account has been breached, it is your
obligation to notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your
account.
4. The Service is not intended for minors under the age of 18. By accepting
these Terms of Service, you represent and warrant that you are not a
minor, and are at least 18 years old.

12. Assignability.

Service, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration
administered by the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration
hearing shall take place before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the
award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having
jurisdiction thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may
immediately bring a proceeding seeking preliminary injunctive relief in
a court having jurisdiction thereof which shall remain in effect until a
final award is made in the arbitration.
3. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its
agents, licensors, and service providers, and their respective past and
present officers, directors, employees, and representatives, from and
against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, costs, and
expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees
resulting from your breach of any provision of these Terms of Service or
resulting from your use of the Service.

AssetTiger is operated by SmartSign who knows that your privacy matters to you,
and so we have established this privacy policy to let you know how we use your
information. Our privacy policy is also subject to our Terms of service.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect personal information unless you voluntarily provide it to
us. If during your visit to one of our websites you complete a form, send
an e-mail, or perform some other transaction, this website may collect your
name, company name, business address, business e-mail address, business
phone number, business fax number, job title, industry sector, and/or
credit card information.
To protect credit card numbers, we outsource this information to a
certified payment processor via a hosted payment page on our website in
accordance with PCI DSS regulations. The provider returns the credit card
number to us as a token. We do not see, process or store customers' raw
