The hamburger recipe, like the cheeseburger recipe, is not as old as it might
seem. About a century ago, a company was founded in Kansas whose main dish was
hamburgers - this is where the popularity of this dish began. Although records
of hamburgers are found much earlier. More recently, the most famous company
appeared, which introduced the principles of fast food into everyday life and
made hamburgers and cheeseburgers "the cornerstone of a healthy diet," as Jules
Winnfield believed. How to cook a homemade burger is easy, if there is a desire
and a store nearby. The burger recipe will be very different from any other,
depending on the desire. It could be a cheeseburger - it always has melted
cheese, usually cheddar. Or a fishburger with fried fish, or a chickenburger
with chicken, or many, many more options. By the way, these sandwiches are often
served with vegetable salad, fried potatoes, and various sauces.

STEP BY STEP HOMEMADE BURGER RECIPE

A homemade burger recipe can vary widely depending on the desire and
availability of certain products. By and large, I give a recipe for a
cheeseburger, to be precise. But, as always, someone does not like cheese and
this is a hamburger recipe. It is important that all the filling ingredients are
prepared in a few minutes, the buns can be bought fresh and of excellent
quality, and the blanks for cutlets are prepared in advance and frozen.

 * STEP 1 It takes experience and skill to bake high-quality and the best buns.
   Buns are better to buy. They are sold in most stores. As a rule, they are
   packed in several pieces - an even number. Oddly enough, the store even has a
   choice. I settled on very fresh large sesame buns - they are more suitable
   for a Big Mac, but they turned out great for a homemade burger. It is better
   if the buns are very fresh, because then they become a little tough.
 * STEP 2 Usually hamburger buns are cut into two parts. But in more complex
   dishes, they are cut into three parts. I read somewhere that in a cut bun,
   traditional for fast food restaurants, the lower part is called heel, the
   middle club and the top with sesame crown. So that the bun does not crumble,
   it is better to cut it with the sharpest knife of a large size and not press
   it against the board, but cut it literally “on weight”.
 * STEP 3 Line a baking sheet with parchment and lay out the wings with the
   sauce. You can also use a baking dish. Put in an oven preheated to 180
   degrees for 30 minutes. We used the top-down convection mode.
 * STEP 4 All parts of a homemade burger bun need to be toasted a little. If you
   have a toaster, great. But a homemade frying pan is also great. Without
   greasing the pan with fat, it is easy to fry all parts of the bun for 1
   minute on each side. Moreover, the top and the bottom do not need to be
   fried. Transfer the lightly toasted bun to a plate, being careful not to
   confuse parts from different buns.
