Buyer purchased a booming American Restaurant Franchise concept that serves up
breakfast and lunch style cuisine. The franchise has a great reputation and has
procedures in place for franchisees to follow. Each location seats on average
120 customers at one time and can be found in areas with large residential
populations.

Central Florida Roofing Business $7,500,000

Central Florida Roofing Business that focuses on residential roofing. Business
primarily did residential re-roofs and repairs with little to no new
construction. Buyer had been wanting to get into the roofing and home services
industry. Seller was looking to formally retire so they can travel and see
family.

Metal Fabrication Manufacturing -$6,000,000

Metal Fabrication manufacturing with industrial zoned Real Estate included.
State of the Art CNC equipment to manufacture contracts parts for aerospace,
defense, health care, and commercial applications. Over $2.8MM in backlog of
work. This very established business continues to grow and flourish year after
year. Certifications such as ISO and ITAR among many quality control
certifications for this incredible facility. Real Estate had a commercial
appraisal. Exceptional books and records. Full large team of engineers,
machinists, office team all in place and ready for a new owner to take to the
next level. Seller was looking to retire after 40+ years in the industry.

Machine Shop $2,540,000

High precision machine shop specializing in metal parts with tight tolerances.
Full-time skilled team of machinists and administration staff in place with a
consistent pipeline of work. Exceptional growth has been solely from word of
mouth and quality work. The large profit margin continues to grow as they accept
short-run parts production for industries such as Aerospace and the USA
Military. Seller is retiring after 42 years in the industry. Buyer relocated to
Alabama to help run the business.

Cell Phone Manufacturing $2,650,000

Business manufactures and sells simple mobile phones specifically developed for
senior citizens. The business also sells mobile phone service to the same
customers. A private equity group purchased the business based on its growing
customer base, rave product reviews and the operation with a platform allowing
for easy expansion.

Commercial and Residential Roofing Business $3,500,000

Commercial and Residential Re-roofing business that had a 30-year established
reputation. Business was purchased by a local general contractor that wanted to
increase their footprint on the Central Florida area. Business has dozens of
staff members that have a long history with the business and helped bring
additional business in through word of mouth.

Plant Distribution Business $5,300,000

Central Florida Plant Distributor with a long-established history in the Central
Florida area. The Seller of the business wanted to retire and had over 70 staff
members and wanted to make sure the business would be purchase by a buyer who
would treat them well and help the business grow with more opportunities for
them. The buyer came from out of state and had years of business experience and
was able to come in and make a smooth transition into the business.

Countertop Fabrication and Installation $3,850,000

North Florida Countertop Installation and Fabrication business. The seller had a
15-year reputation in the area with an expert and dedicated staff. Buyer
relocated from out of state to purchase the business and got along extremely
well with the seller. The buyer made a smooth transition and took a poll of the
employees as to what changes and developments they would want to see. While they
loved the former owner many of them wanted updates in technology and operations
and the current owner started out by implementing many of those changes and is
doing well.

HVAC Air Conditioning Business $2,540,000

Commercial and residential HVAC and air conditioning services business serving
the Central Florida area. Business had a 30-year reputation with an owner in
their 70’s. Owner wanted to formally retire and the buyer was an experienced air
conditioning and HVAC licensee that partnered up with an equity company that
helped finance and complete the deal. There were many bidders but the seller
felt that this buyer was the most experienced and easiest work with on a
transition.
