information through bland lectures and instructions, which in turn forces a
child to develop a taker mindset. When children ask questions and find answers
for themselves, they get involved and navigate their own learning process, which
helps them develop the mindset of a maker.

Teachers are Facilitators, not Instructors

At Learners, every teacher aims at engaging with children, not by instructing
them, but by facilitating their learning process by providing the necessary
environment and resources, monitoring progress, and encouraging learners to
become problem solvers.

Experience is more important than Information

In today's time, when information is available in abundance, it’s
important to learn how to use this information, which can only come through
practical and hands-on experience. Hence, at Learners, we follow a cyclic
process of learning through thinking, doing, understanding, and reflecting, in
order to make learning experiential.

As a part of the social system, a school reflects its needs, both intellectual

If you have ‘never seen’ the astounding beauty of the horizon, you just need to
close your eyes and meditate for a moment. The whole universe will appear in
front of you. The act of closing the eyes is an act of opening your inner eyes.
Education is a process of opening the inner eyes. It is a continuous striving
for amplifying the innate potentials through creative engagements and critical
evaluation of those engagements. I would say it’s both reflective and dynamic.
It is reflective because education is fundamentally intuitive, and intrinsic. It
is dynamic because education is for life; it nurtures us with skills that can
compete the times and its manifestations. As a dynamic principle of an
individual’s innate potentials, education is a continuously yet conscientiously
and purposefully mentored activity.

The very beginning of education is questioning. A question involves thinking – a
reflection of anything that one encounters in a multitude of life’s
environments. This reflection presupposes perceptions of the existence of being
around the other. It is essentially a revelation of the existence of the self
and the other (being), living or non-living. Hence, a question is both
realization of one’s self and the other; in either case, it can be termed as a
revelation. Questioning further essentially leads to ‘the why’, ‘the how’, and
‘the where’ of the beings. Answers to these questioning shall make one what s/he
want to become, a doctor, engineer, scientist, social activist, administrator,
or any other.

   Programme is also a part of the Scholastic programme.

   Now more than ever, with increased screen-time, physical wellbeing of
   children has taken a back seat. To ensure that our children develop a
   lifelong love for fitness and sports, we intend to make fitness a lifestyle
   for our young learners by treating it at par with standard scholastic
   subjects. The curriculum has been carefully crafted and delivered in a joyful
   and stress-free manner by highly trained coaches. This is aided by a world
   class infrastructure including an indoor sports arena, half-olympic sized
   swimming pool, cricket pitches, interactive splash pad, jungle gym and soccer
   field.

 * Visual Arts & Performing Arts Programme

   Visual Arts and Performing Arts have proven to be one of the most vital
   domains for children to develop creativity, verbal and physical skills,
   logical and intuitive thinking, interpersonal skills and spatial, rhythmic,
   visual and kinesthetic awareness. In lieu of this, at Learners we offer a
   meticulously designed VA & PA curriculum, which holds space for learners to
   pursue art forms at length if they're so inclined. LEEP allows our learners
   to pick from an array of arts like theatre, dance, sound, sculpting,
   cinematography, photography, graphic designing, and animation.
