PLATFORM, founded in 2014, is a boutique brokerage that delivers specialized
insurance and bonding solutions to the Development and Construction community.

HOW YOU WILL IMPACT PLATFORM

The successful candidate will collaborate with team members to create various
marketing collateral including sales proposals and client-facing documentation.
This candidate will utilize creativity and graphic design skills to maintain and
improve upon the branding culture of our organization. We are looking for
professionals seeking opportunities for career advancement, who want to join an
exciting, fast paced environment with a strong learning culture and a focus on
overall development.
·      Design and format marketing collateral including reports, proposals, and
sales presentations, using our brand guidelines
·      Maintain and evolve brand culture and ensure brand consistency throughout
internal and external communications.
·      Provide design insight and guidance to delivering professional
documentation consistently across the organization
·      Work with team members to strengthen messaging and deliver professional
documentation.
·      Ensure accuracy and precision of all materials.
·      Develop and enhance internal library of marketing collateral (templates,
layouts, RFP submissions, sales sheets, presentations)
·      Assist and manage creative projects as required (Marketing collateral,
swag, business cards)




EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS

·      1-3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and/or marketing and
communications
·      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Communications, Graphic Design, or a
related discipline
·      Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign
as well as Microsoft Office Suite
·      Strong understanding of layout, typography, and design principles
·      Strong attention to detail with proven problem-solving skills
·      Excellent written and verbal communications skills
·      Results oriented with a demonstrated ability to positively impact
business results
