A well-designed reverse supply chain (RSC) can efficiently handle EOL products. As the critical activity in the RSC, the disassembly process decomposes collected EOL products into components to fulfill the demands of remanufacturing plants. Efficiently coordinating RSC design and disassembly line balancing decisions may improve the whole system performance significantly, especially when facing multiple EOL products and uncertainty. This paper investigates a novel integrated RSC design and disassembly line balancing problem to handle multiple EOL products where the supply of EOL products, the demand for components, and task times in disassembly are stochastic. This complex problem needs to jointly determine the number and locations of disassembly plants, disassembly equipment procurement, disassembly line balancing, and inventory levels of both EOL products collected and components dismantled. The objectives are to maximize the expected profit and minimize the carbon emissions simultaneously. For the problem, a bi-objective two-stage stochastic programming model is formulated and an exact ɛ-constrained method is proposed, transforming the bi-objective problem into a series of single-objective problems. This paper investigates the use of adaptive robust optimization to hedge against uncertain yield when determining a production plan, and to react properly when updated information unfolds. We first derive a myopic adaptive robust policy for the inventory management problem, a special case of the lot-sizing problem where the setup and the production costs are omitted. We show that the policy is optimal under mild assumptions. Second, we address a multi-period single-item lot-sizing problem with a backorder and uncertain yield via adaptive robust optimization. We formulate an adaptive robust model based on the budgeted uncertainty set, where we exploit a linear approximation to transform the quadratic constraints into a mixed-integer linear program. We also propose a column and constraint generation algorithm to solve the adaptive model exactly. Finally, we demonstrate the performances of the proposed approaches and the value of the adaptive robust solutions through extensive numerical experiments. %G English %L hal-04408182 %U https://hal.science/hal-04408182 %~ INSTITUT-TELECOM %~ CNRS %~ INRIA %~ EC-NANTES %~ UNAM %~ TDS-MACS %~ LS2N %~ IMTA_DAPI %~ LS2N-IMTA %~ INRIA-AUT %~ IMT-ATLANTIQUE %~ INSTITUTS-TELECOM %~ LS2N-MODELIS %~ LS2N-MODELIS-IMTA %~ NANTES-UNIVERSITE %~ NANTES-UNIV %~ INRIA-CANADA Ardolino Marco, Bacchetti Andrea, Dolgui Alexandre, Franchini Guglielmo, Ivanov Dmitry, Nair Anand The impacts of digital technologies on coping with the COVID-19 pandemic in the manufacturing industry: a systematic literature review International Journal of Production Research, 2024, 62 (5), pp.1953-1976. ⟨10.1080/00207543.2022.2127960⟩ FileDetails Quote Bibtext : @article{ardolino:hal-04441491, TITLE = {{The impacts of digital technologies on coping with the COVID-19 pandemic in the manufacturing industry: a systematic literature review}}, AUTHOR = {Ardolino, Marco and Bacchetti, Andrea and Dolgui, Alexandre and Franchini, Guglielmo and Ivanov, Dmitry and Nair, Anand}, URL = {https://hal.science/hal-04441491}, JOURNAL = {{International Journal of Production Research}}, PUBLISHER = {{Taylor \& Francis}}, VOLUME = {62}, NUMBER = {5}, PAGES = {1953-1976}, YEAR = {2024}, MONTH = Feb, DOI = {10.1080/00207543.2022.2127960}, PDF = {https://hal.science/hal-04441491/file/Manuscript_V10.pdf}, HAL_ID = {hal-04441491}, HAL_VERSION = {v1}, } Endnote : %0 Journal Article %T The impacts of digital technologies on coping with the COVID-19 pandemic in the manufacturing industry: a systematic literature review %+ Università degli Studi di Brescia = University of Brescia (UniBs) %+ Département Automatique, Productique et Informatique (IMT Atlantique - DAPI) %+ Modélisation, Optimisation et DEcision pour la Logistique, l'Industrie et les Services (LS2N - équipe MODELIS) %+ Berlin School of Economics and Law %+ Michigan State University [East Lansing] %A Ardolino, Marco %A Bacchetti, Andrea %A Dolgui, Alexandre %A Franchini, Guglielmo %A Ivanov, Dmitry %A Nair, Anand %< avec comité de lecture %@ 0020-7543 %J International Journal of Production Research %I Taylor & Francis %V 62 %N 5 %P 1953-1976 %8 2024-02-06 %D 2024 %R 10.1080/00207543.2022.2127960 %Z Computer Science [cs] %Z Computer Science [cs]/Automatic Control Engineering %Z Computer Science [cs]/Operations Research [math.OC]Journal articles %G English %2 https://hal.science/hal-04441491/document %2 https://hal.science/hal-04441491/file/Manuscript_V10.pdf %L hal-04441491 %U https://hal.science/hal-04441491 %~ INSTITUT-TELECOM %~ CNRS %~ INRIA %~ EC-NANTES %~ UNAM %~ TDS-MACS %~ LS2N %~ IMTA_DAPI %~ LS2N-IMTA %~ INRIA-AUT %~ IMT-ATLANTIQUE %~ INSTITUTS-TELECOM %~ LS2N-MODELIS %~ LS2N-MODELIS-IMTA %~ NANTES-UNIVERSITE %~ NANTES-UNIV %~ INRIA-ETATSUNIS %~ INRIA-ALLEMAGNE Liu Ming, Ding Yueyu, Chu Feng, Dolgui Alexandre, Zheng Feifeng Robust actions for improving supply chain resilience and viability Omega, 2024, 123, pp.102972. ⟨10.1016/j.omega.2023.102972⟩ Details Quote Bibtext : @article{liu:hal-04232218, TITLE = {{Robust actions for improving supply chain resilience and viability}}, AUTHOR = {Liu, Ming and Ding, Yueyu and Chu, Feng and Dolgui, Alexandre and Zheng, Feifeng}, URL = {https://hal.science/hal-04232218}, JOURNAL = {{Omega}}, PUBLISHER = {{Elsevier}}, VOLUME = {123}, PAGES = {102972}, YEAR = {2024}, MONTH = Feb, DOI = {10.1016/j.omega.2023.102972}, HAL_ID = {hal-04232218}, HAL_VERSION = {v1}, } Endnote : %0 Journal Article %T Robust actions for improving supply chain resilience and viability %+ Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) %+ Urban Mobility Institute %+ Informatique, BioInformatique, Systèmes Complexes (IBISC) %+ Département Automatique, Productique et Informatique (IMT Atlantique - DAPI) %+ Modélisation, Optimisation et DEcision pour la Logistique, l'Industrie et les Services (LS2N - équipe MODELIS) %+ Glorious Sun School of Business & Management %A Liu, Ming %A Ding, Yueyu %A Chu, Feng %A Dolgui, Alexandre %A Zheng, Feifeng %< avec comité de lecture %@ 0305-0483 %J Omega %I Elsevier %V 123 %P 102972 %8 2024-02 %D 2024 %R 10.1016/j.omega.2023.102972 %Z Computer Science [cs] %Z Computer Science [cs]/Automatic Control Engineering %Z Computer Science [cs]/Operations Research [math.OC]Journal articles %X It is vital for supply chains (SCs) to survive the dramatic and long-term impacts from severe disruptive events, such as COVID-19 pandemic. SC viability, an extension of SC resilience, is increasingly attracting attention from both academics and practitioners. To improve SC viability, the government can perform a series of costly interventions on SCs. Due to data scarcity on unpredictable disruptive events, especially under the pandemic, the information related to SC partners may not be accurately obtained. In this paper, we investigate a novel SC resilience and viability improving problem under severe disruptive events, in which only the probability intervals of SC partners’ states are known. The problem consists of the selection of appropriate intervention actions, respecting a limited capital budget. The objective is to minimize the worst-case disruption risk of the manufacturer. Specifically, Causal Bayesian Network (CBN) is applied to quantify the SC ripple effects; Do-calculus technique is used to measure the benefits of government intervention actions; and robust optimization is employed to minimize the disruption risk under the worst-case condition. For the problem, a new robust optimization model that combines the CBN and the Do-calculus is constructed. Based on analyses of problem features, an efficient problem-specific branch-and-bound (PS-BAB) algorithm is proposed to solve the problem exactly. Experimental results show the efficiency of our methodology and managerial insights are drawn. %G English %L hal-04232218 %U https://hal.science/hal-04232218 %~ INSTITUT-TELECOM %~ CNRS %~ INRIA %~ UNIV-EVRY %~ EC-NANTES %~ IBISC %~ UNAM %~ IBISC-AROBAS %~ TDS-MACS %~ LS2N %~ UNIV-PARIS-SACLAY %~ UNIV-EVRY-SACLAY %~ IMTA_DAPI %~ LS2N-IMTA %~ INRIA-AUT %~ IMT-ATLANTIQUE %~ INSTITUTS-TELECOM %~ UNIVERSITE-PARIS-SACLAY %~ GS-COMPUTER-SCIENCE %~ GS-LIFE-SCIENCES-HEALTH %~ GS-SPORT-HUMAN-MOVEMENT %~ LS2N-MODELIS %~ LS2N-MODELIS-IMTA %~ NANTES-UNIVERSITE %~ NANTES-UNIV %~ TEST-SEBASTIEN1 Loger Benoît, Dolgui Alexandre, Lehuédé Fabien, Massonnet Guillaume Approximate Kernel Learning Uncertainty Set for Robust Combinatorial Optimization INFORMS Journal on Computing, 2024, ⟨10.1287/ijoc.2022.0330⟩ Details Quote Bibtext : @article{loger:hal-04556151, TITLE = {{Approximate Kernel Learning Uncertainty Set for Robust Combinatorial Optimization}}, AUTHOR = {Loger, Beno{\^i}t and Dolgui, Alexandre and Lehu{\'e}d{\'e}, Fabien and Massonnet, Guillaume}, URL = {https://hal.science/hal-04556151}, JOURNAL = {{INFORMS Journal on Computing}}, PUBLISHER = {{Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS)}}, YEAR = {2024}, MONTH = Jan, DOI = {10.1287/ijoc.2022.0330}, HAL_ID = {hal-04556151}, HAL_VERSION = {v1}, } Endnote : %0 Journal Article %T Approximate Kernel Learning Uncertainty Set for Robust Combinatorial Optimization %+ Département Automatique, Productique et Informatique (IMT Atlantique - DAPI) %+ Modélisation, Optimisation et DEcision pour la Logistique, l'Industrie et les Services (LS2N - équipe MODELIS) %A Loger, Benoît %A Dolgui, Alexandre %A Lehuédé, Fabien %A Massonnet, Guillaume %Z German-French Academy for the Industry of the Future in the DISC project %< avec comité de lecture %@ 1091-9856 %J INFORMS Journal on Computing %I Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS) %8 2024-01-10 %D 2024 %R 10.1287/ijoc.2022.0330 %Z Computer Science [cs]/Operations Research [math.OC]Journal articles %X Support vector clustering (SVC) has been proposed in the literature as a data-driven approach to build uncertainty sets in robust optimization. Unfortunately, the resulting SVC-based uncertainty sets induces a large number of additional variables and constraints in the robust counterpart of mathematical formulations. We propose a two-phase method to approximate the resulting uncertainty sets and overcome these tractability issues. This method is controlled by a parameter defining a trade-off between the quality of the approximation and the complexity of the robust models formulated. We evaluate the approximation method on three distinct, well-known optimization problems. Experimental results show that the approximated uncertainty set leads to solutions that are comparable to those obtained with the classic SVC-based uncertainty set with a significant reduction of the computation time. The problem addressed here combines two important aspects of blood supply chain management: the inventory control of blood products and the donation schedule. We propose a stochastic scenario-based reformulation of the blood donation management problem that adopts multicomponent apheresis and utilizes donor pool segmentation into here-and-now and wait-and-see donors. We propose a flexible donation scheme that is resilient against demand uncertainty. This scheme enables more flexible donation schedules because wait-and-see donors may adjust their donation schedules according to the realized values of demand over time. We propose a column generation\bl{-based} approach to solve the associated multi-stage stochastic donation tailoring problem. The numerical results show the effectiveness of the proposed optimization model, which provides solutions with less than a 7% optimality gap on average with respect to a lower bound. It also improves the operational cost of the standard donation scheme that does not use wait-and-see donors by more than 18% on average. Utilizing multicomponent apheresis and flexible wait-and-see donations are suggested for donation organizations because they yield significant cost reductions and resilient donation schedules. %G English %2 https://hal.science/hal-04324263/document %2 https://hal.science/hal-04324263/file/A_Column_Generation_based_Approach_for_the_Adaptive_Stochastic_Blood_Donation_Tailoring_Problem__Submitted_%20%281%29.pdf %L hal-04324263 %U https://hal.science/hal-04324263 %~ INSTITUT-TELECOM %~ CNRS %~ INRIA %~ EC-NANTES %~ GIP-BE %~ UNAM %~ TDS-MACS %~ LS2N %~ IMTA_DAPI %~ LS2N-IMTA %~ INRIA-AUT %~ IMT-ATLANTIQUE %~ INSTITUTS-TELECOM %~ LS2N-MODELIS %~ LS2N-MODELIS-IMTA %~ NANTES-UNIVERSITE %~ NANTES-UNIV Elyasi Milad, Altan Başak, Ekici Ali, Özener Okan Örsan, Yanıkoğlu İhsan, Dolgui Alexandre Production planning with flexible manufacturing systems under demand uncertainty International Journal of Production Research, 2023, 1-2, pp.157-170. ⟨10.1080/00207543.2023.2288722⟩ FileDetails Quote Bibtext : @article{elyasi:hal-04313121, TITLE = {{Production planning with flexible manufacturing systems under demand uncertainty}}, AUTHOR = {Elyasi, Milad and Altan, Ba{\c s}ak and Ekici, Ali and {\"O}zener, Okan {\"O}rsan and Yan{\i}ko{\u g}lu, İhsan and Dolgui, Alexandre}, URL = {https://hal.science/hal-04313121}, JOURNAL = {{International Journal of Production Research}}, PUBLISHER = {{Taylor \& Francis}}, NUMBER = {1-2}, PAGES = {157-170}, YEAR = {2023}, MONTH = Nov, DOI = {10.1080/00207543.2023.2288722}, KEYWORDS = {Inventory control ; Production planning ; Scheduling ; Flexible Manufacturing System ; Stochastic Optimisation ; Inventory control}, PDF = {https://hal.science/hal-04313121/file/Production_Planning_with_Flexible_Manufacturing_Systems_under_Demand_Uncertainty__Submission_%20%281%29.pdf}, HAL_ID = {hal-04313121}, HAL_VERSION = {v1}, } Endnote : %0 Journal Article %T Production planning with flexible manufacturing systems under demand uncertainty %+ IMT Atlantique (IMT Atlantique) %+ Department of Economics [Istanbul] %+ Department of Industrial Engineering, Yildiz Technical University, 34349 Yildiz, Istanbul, (TURKEY) %+ Département Automatique, Productique et Informatique (IMT Atlantique - DAPI) %+ Modélisation, Optimisation et DEcision pour la Logistique, l'Industrie et les Services (LS2N - équipe MODELIS) %A Elyasi, Milad %A Altan, Başak %A Ekici, Ali %A Özener, Okan Örsan %A Yanıkoğlu, İhsan %A Dolgui, Alexandre %< avec comité de lecture %@ 0020-7543 %J International Journal of Production Research %I Taylor & Francis %N 1-2 %P 157-170 %8 2023-11-28 %D 2023 %R 10.1080/00207543.2023.2288722 %K Inventory control %K Production planning %K Scheduling %K Flexible Manufacturing System %K Stochastic Optimisation %K Inventory control %Z Computer Science [cs]/Operations Research [math.OC]Journal articles %X This paper delves into the impacts of an ongoing global crisis on the resilience of supply chains. Furthermore, it proposes measures to address and mitigate the disruptions caused by the prevailing uncertainties. For example, while the economy has started to recover after the pandemic and demand has increased, companies have not fully returned to their pre-pandemic levels. To enhance their supply chain resilience and effectively manage disruptions, one viable strategy is the implementation of flexible/hybrid manufacturing systems. This research is motivated by the specific requirements of Vestel Electronics, a household appliances company, which seeks a flexible/hybrid manufacturing production setup involving dedicated machinery to meet regular demand and the utilisation of flexible manufacturing system (FMS) to handle surges in demand. We employ a scenario-based approach to model demand uncertainty, enabling the company to make immediate and adaptive decisions that take advantage of the cost-effectiveness of standard production and the responsiveness of FMS. To solve the problem, we propose a heuristic algorithm based on column generation. The numerical results demonstrate that our optimisation model provides solutions with an average optimality gap of less than 6% while also reducing the average cost of standard production schemes without FMS by over 12%. %G English %2 https://hal.science/hal-04313121/document %2 https://hal.science/hal-04313121/file/Production_Planning_with_Flexible_Manufacturing_Systems_under_Demand_Uncertainty__Submission_%20%281%29.pdf %L hal-04313121 %U https://hal.science/hal-04313121 %~ INSTITUT-TELECOM %~ CNRS %~ INRIA %~ EC-NANTES %~ UNAM %~ TDS-MACS %~ LS2N %~ IMTA_DAPI %~ LS2N-IMTA %~ INRIA-AUT %~ IMT-ATLANTIQUE %~ INSTITUTS-TELECOM %~ LS2N-MODELIS %~ LS2N-MODELIS-IMTA %~ NANTES-UNIVERSITE %~ NANTES-UNIV Vahdani Behnam, Mohammadi Mehrdad, Thevenin Simon, Gendreau Michel, Dolgui Alexandre, Meyer Patrick Fair-split distribution of multi-dose vaccines with prioritized age groups and dynamic demand: The case study of COVID-19 European Journal of Operational Research, 2023, 310 (3), pp.1249-1272. ⟨10.1016/j.ejor.2023.03.032⟩ FileDetails Quote Bibtext : @article{vahdani:hal-04232211, TITLE = {{Fair-split distribution of multi-dose vaccines with prioritized age groups and dynamic demand: The case study of COVID-19}}, AUTHOR = {Vahdani, Behnam and Mohammadi, Mehrdad and Thevenin, Simon and Gendreau, Michel and Dolgui, Alexandre and Meyer, Patrick}, URL = {https://hal.science/hal-04232211}, JOURNAL = {{European Journal of Operational Research}}, PUBLISHER = {{Elsevier}}, VOLUME = {310}, NUMBER = {3}, PAGES = {1249-1272}, YEAR = {2023}, MONTH = Nov, DOI = {10.1016/j.ejor.2023.03.032}, KEYWORDS = {Distribution ; Vaccine distribution ; Fairness ; Dynamic demand ; Benders decomposition}, PDF = {https://hal.science/hal-04232211/file/1-s2.0-S0377221723002564-main.pdf}, HAL_ID = {hal-04232211}, HAL_VERSION = {v1}, } Endnote : %0 Journal Article %T Fair-split distribution of multi-dose vaccines with prioritized age groups and dynamic demand: The case study of COVID-19 %+ Département Automatique, Productique et Informatique (IMT Atlantique - DAPI) %+ Equipe DECIDE (Lab-STICC_DECIDE) %+ Modélisation, Optimisation et DEcision pour la Logistique, l'Industrie et les Services (LS2N - équipe MODELIS) %+ Laboratoire CIRRELT Université Laval Quebec (CIRRELT) %+ Département Logique des Usages, Sciences sociales et Sciences de l'Information (IMT Atlantique - LUSSI) %A Vahdani, Behnam %A Mohammadi, Mehrdad %A Thevenin, Simon %A Gendreau, Michel %A Dolgui, Alexandre %A Meyer, Patrick %< avec comité de lecture %@ 0377-2217 %J European Journal of Operational Research %I Elsevier %V 310 %N 3 %P 1249-1272 %8 2023-11 %D 2023 %R 10.1016/j.ejor.2023.03.032 %K Distribution %K Vaccine distribution %K Fairness %K Dynamic demand %K Benders decomposition %Z Computer Science [cs]/Operations Research [math.OC] %Z Life Sciences [q-bio]/Immunology/VaccinologyJournal articles %X The emergence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and new viral variations with higher transmission and mortality rates have highlighted the urgency to accelerate vaccination to mitigate the morbidity and mortality of the COVID-19 pandemic. For this purpose, this paper formulates a new multi-vaccine, multi-depot location-inventory-routing problem for vaccine distribution. The proposed model addresses a wide variety of vaccination concerns: prioritizing age groups, fair distribution, multi-dose injection, dynamic demand, etc. To solve large-size instances of the model, we employ a Benders decomposition algorithm with a number of acceleration techniques. To monitor the dynamic demand of vaccines, we propose a new adjusted susceptible-infectious-recovered (SIR) epidemiological model, where infected individuals are tested and quarantined. The solution to the optimal control problem dynamically allocates the vaccine demand to reach the endemic equilibrium point. Finally, to illustrate the applicability and performance of the proposed model and solution approach, the paper reports extensive numerical experiments on a real case study of the vaccination campaign in France. The computational results show that the proposed Benders decomposition algorithm is 12 times faster, and its solutions are, on average, 16% better in terms of quality than the Gurobi solver under a limited CPU time. In terms of vaccination strategies, our results suggest that delaying the recommended time interval between doses of injection by a factor of 1.5 reduces the unmet demand up to 50%. Furthermore, we observed that the mortality is a convex function of fairness and an appropriate level of fairness should be adapted through the vaccination %G English %2 https://hal.science/hal-04232211/document %2 https://hal.science/hal-04232211/file/1-s2.0-S0377221723002564-main.pdf %L hal-04232211 %U https://hal.science/hal-04232211 %~ UNIV-BREST %~ INSTITUT-TELECOM %~ CNRS %~ INRIA %~ UNIV-UBS %~ EC-NANTES %~ LAB-STICC_UBO %~ UNAM %~ ENIB %~ LAB-STICC %~ TDS-MACS %~ LS2N %~ IMTA_LUSSI %~ IMTA_DAPI %~ LAB-STICC_IMTA %~ LS2N-IMTA %~ INRIA-AUT %~ IMT-ATLANTIQUE %~ INSTITUTS-TELECOM %~ LAB-STICC_DECIDE_IMTA %~ LAB-STICC_DECIDE %~ LAB-STICC_DMID %~ LS2N-MODELIS %~ LS2N-MODELIS-IMTA %~ NANTES-UNIVERSITE %~ NANTES-UNIV %~ INRIA-CANADA All Articles CONFERENCE PAPERS Arbi Siwar, Cerqueus Audrey, Gurevsky Evgeny, Dolgui Alexandre, Siadat Ali A hyper-volume based metric for scalable design of reconfigurable manufacturing systems with multiple objectives 2nd Congress of the Society of Automatics, Industrial Engineering and Production (SAGIP 2024), May 2024, Villeubanne, France Details Quote Bibtext : @inproceedings{arbi:hal-04531398, TITLE = {{A hyper-volume based metric for scalable design of reconfigurable manufacturing systems with multiple objectives}}, AUTHOR = {Arbi, Siwar and Cerqueus, Audrey and Gurevsky, Evgeny and Dolgui, Alexandre and Siadat, Ali}, URL = {https://hal.science/hal-04531398}, BOOKTITLE = {{2nd Congress of the Society of Automatics, Industrial Engineering and Production (SAGIP 2024)}}, ADDRESS = {Villeubanne, France}, YEAR = {2024}, MONTH = May, HAL_ID = {hal-04531398}, HAL_VERSION = {v1}, } Endnote : %0 Conference Paper %F Oral %T A hyper-volume based metric for scalable design of reconfigurable manufacturing systems with multiple objectives %+ Modélisation, Optimisation et DEcision pour la Logistique, l'Industrie et les Services (LS2N - The decision-making processes for disassembly planning and components inventory management become critical as they directly impact a company's production costs and service level. In this particular context, Reverse Material Requirements Planning (RMRP) is a widely utilized method to determine the optimal lot sizes of endof-life (EoL) products for disassembly, ensuring sufficient component supply. Traditionally, these lot sizes are calculated based on deterministic and dynamic demand assumptions when disassembly lead times are either zero or deterministic. However, in this work, we investigate optimization approaches for RMRP systems that consider disassembly lead time uncertainties, in a disassembly multi-echelon lot-sizing problem. We proposed stochastic programming models based on a Monte Carlo simulation approach whose performance is validated that are validated Their performance is validated on several numerical tests. %G English %2 https://imt-mines-ales.hal.science/hal-04292083/document %2 https://imt-mines-ales.hal.science/hal-04292083/file/CIE50_paper_211.pdf %L hal-04292083 %U https://imt-mines-ales.hal.science/hal-04292083 %~ INSTITUT-TELECOM %~ CNRS %~ INRIA %~ UNIV-TROYES %~ EC-NANTES %~ EM-ALES %~ UNAM %~ TDS-MACS %~ LS2N %~ UNIV-MONTPELLIER %~ IMTA_DAPI %~ LS2N-IMTA %~ INRIA-AUT %~ IMT-ATLANTIQUE %~ UTT %~ INSTITUTS-TELECOM %~ EUROMOV-DHM %~ UTT-LIST3N %~ UTT-GESTION %~ UTT-FULL-TEXT %~ LS2N-MODELIS %~ LS2N-MODELIS-IMTA %~ NANTES-UNIVERSITE %~ NANTES-UNIV %~ UM-2015-2021 %~ UM-EPE Dolgui Alexandre LeArning and robuSt deciSIon SupporT systems for agile mANufacTuring environments (ASSISTANT) The 20th IEEE International Conference on Networking, Sensing and Control, IEEE, Oct 2023, Marseille, France Details Quote Bibtext : @inproceedings{dolgui:hal-04418376, TITLE = {{LeArning and robuSt deciSIon SupporT systems for agile mANufacTuring environments (ASSISTANT)}}, AUTHOR = {Dolgui, Alexandre}, URL = {https://hal.science/hal-04418376}, BOOKTITLE = {{The 20th IEEE International Conference on Networking, Sensing and Control}}, ADDRESS = {Marseille, France}, ORGANIZATION = {{IEEE}}, EDITOR = {IEEE}, YEAR = {2023}, MONTH = Oct, HAL_ID = {hal-04418376}, HAL_VERSION = {v1}, } Endnote : %0 Conference Paper %F Oral %T LeArning and robuSt deciSIon SupporT systems for agile mANufacTuring environments (ASSISTANT) %+ Département Automatique, Productique et Informatique (IMT Atlantique -
