FOOD PHOTOGRAPHER 

Capturing the beauty of the culinary world has been at the core of Brent’s
portfolio since arriving in New York. Creating images that evoke appetite, he
using specialized skills as an advertising food photographer for different
brands. As a restaurant photographer he digging into a new menu, he captures the
movement of a sauce or the design of a label with craft and artistry. Whether
focusing on dessert photography, packaging photography, or something in between,
Brent strives for all images to look deliciously tempting. 


DRINKS PHOTOGRAPHER

A specialty within Brent’s work as a food photographer, he has developed a
diverse roster of clients with specific cocktail, drinks, and beverage
photographer needs. These give Brent and his team the opportunity to work with a
wide variety of props, colors, and unique composition techniques to convey a
signature aesthetic for each beverage. For brands requiring bottle photography,
he uses specialized still life photography lighting techniques. He also works
closely with renowned mixologists, capturing their complete visual story for
cocktail books and marketing needs.


TABLETOP DIRECTOR 

As a tabletop director, Brent has extensive experience working with both
high-end production companies and nimble social media projects. Collaborating
with quality motion experts, his area of expertise includes work as a tabletop
food director and motion projects like cocktail recipe videos, food-based
storytelling, and food recipe videos. Combining photography and video, he also
produces Parallax photography, animated gif photography, and cinemagraphs. From
the ideation of a tabletop production to storyboarding a full culinary
adventure, Brent’s skill with lighting and composition allows him to bring such
dynamic creative visions to life.


ADVERTISING PHOTOGRAPHER

Make it beautiful. That’s Brent’s goal as an advertising photographer when we
capture food or drink images for campaigns or branded content. He knows the best
advertising photography jumps out from the page, screen, or billboard. It
promises to be the next hero of the customer’s life. And so he directs our team
at still or motion photo shoots to not only make the product look beautiful. He
makes sure that lighting, props, and movement tell a story that is beautiful,
too


PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHER 

From early on, Brent has always had a passion for helping to tell the story
behind a plate or product. He takes his passion for visual stories full circle
in his work as a portrait photographer. Whether capturing one chef portrait in a
London kitchen or collecting portraits of teams working a northern California
vineyard, Brent’s powerful images tell genuine stories of talented subjects.
With particular experience as a chef photographer within portrait photography,
Brent’s chef photography pairs a journalistic quality with his knowledge of
lighting and composition to achieve a unique quality that stands equal with the
chef’s food and aesthetic.
